Villa Sole was perfect for our all girl week away, although the temperature in the pool was ‘bracing’ for May. Particular shouts out to Ilaria for rich and delicious breakfasts, Daniela for 2 amazing dinners and Stefano our driver for joining in with the vibe when we got a little exuberant after a night out in Cortona. In love with Tuscany!!!!!!

We stayed in Cortona for five nights. We’d booked a 2 bedroom place. We noticed that the second bedroom smelled terrible - like old basement, cat pee and mold. We thought it might be the shower drain, and cleaned out the drain ourselves, finding clumps of moldy hair. Thinking that may solve the issue, we tried to go to sleep, but 30 minutes into being in the room, my partners nose stuffed up and I had a headache. We brought the mattress into the living room for the night in order to sleep. That next morning, the bedroom still smelled terrible. We told HTT and they came and “fixed it.” Nope. Still smelled like pee and mold. We told them that we’d booked a hotel for the week - and they did nothing. Just told us the smell was gone. We tried to ask for reimbursement and they refused. Said that we never asked for a new place and therefore it was our fault.

With my friends from USA we spent several days in the torre degli elci which was a very pleasant stay for 9 persons and excellent service, specially Gabriele who made breakfast everyday and a cooking lesson for pasta and menu, this was excellent service and fun! thank you!

We stayed at Villa Pinetina (10 people, 5 beds, 4 en-suites) which was arranged quickly by Hill Top Tours, after our original villa was sold privately and no longer available. Jonathan, Julie and Luca really looked after us and arranged a number of trips. Roberta (Robi) and Anna were our chefs and they were excellent. They were very friendly and happy to help in any way they could and their food was fantastic. They also arranged a birthday meal with wine pairing at short notice and Dario, the sommelier, was excellent and also looked after us at SottoVoce , which is HTT's bar in the centre of Cortona. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed at the Le Corchie villa in Cortona for 7 days in April 2022 and were very pleased with the accommodations. Great views and enough space for 8 of us (4 couples). We had Daniella as our daily chef and she was fantastic and incredibly helpful with anything. The meals were fantastic . We also had. Riccardo as our driver and he was superb. His English was very good and his company all week was welcomed and appreciated. Very accommodating to our on-the-whim trips to the store or elsewhere.Daniella and Riccardo made our Villa stay worthwhile. The only thing missing was a clothes dryer, but we all managed ok

Clean apartment, easy to work with, cleaned and supplied halfway through the week, very HARD beds, AMAZING private chef cooking show, great wine tasting, beautiful city. The only thing we’d improve on was the beds. I’ve never experienced anything like the beds.

They did a fantastic job ensuring that our live auction winners had a great European vacation! They were very responsive and attentive, and they efficiently booked all the excursions and lodging as promised.

Truly excellent company. We met several people from HTT and all were proud of their company. Fantastic properties in wonderful locations. Will be checking them out for sure next time we're in Tuscany.

This tour company were awesome - we arranged a wonderful week in Tuscany for eight of us - no mean feat! Hill Town Tours looked after us every step of the way and found us the most beautiful Tuscan villa which was a beautiful walk away from Cortona. Our stay was idyllic and went off without a hitch - they even helped us to rent a vespa which totally added an extra layer of Italian authenticity! Thank you Hill Town Tours.
