Il peggior customer service e client experience che conosca... scrivi un messaggio ti rispondono con scortesia e non professionalità, soprattutto quando rivolgi a loro delle domande scritte, risposte approssimative quasi scocciate e senza saluti. E anche in negozio non scherzano! Puntare sul prodotto e non sull’esperienza di vendita è la cosa più sbagliata che possa fare qualsiasi attività che si relazioni con il pubblico. In questo momento di crisi vince il legame che crei con il cliente e loro peccano su tutto. Aime!

Love this shop. The sales girls are so nice and the store is so cute. The owner owns the shoe brand PARIS TEXAS so the selection of boots here is beyond. The outfits are amazing and they carry up and coming brands. I went in January and adored it- the next time I’m in Italy I’m definitely going back.

I just ordered a pair of shoes from Norrgatan and I’m so impressed by my experience! I’m an American customer so they had to ship overseas to me from Italy. They immediately shipped my order within 1-2 days of purchasing and the shipping was so prompt (took less than 5 days) and they gift wrapped my item and sent a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. Those details go such a long way and I really appreciated their thoughtful customer service!They also have an excellent selection of Paris Texas shoes too. This was my first Paris Texas purchase and I’m in love! I will order again!Thank you!

Ho acquistato sul loro sito, non in negozio. Ho letto un commento che parla di pessima costumer service, mentre invece per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza è il motivo per cui sto dando 5 stelle.. ho avuto un problema poi risolto con il pagamento e, oltre alle mail scambiate, ho parlato al telefono con una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutarmi. Spedizione velocissima, almeno per il mio comune, che ha impiegato circa 24h... Consiglio

Awful! I’m never gonna step into this shop again. The sales assistant was chasing my mum and I like we were gonna rob them. Never happened in my life. I always shop at Hermes and I have never been treated this way. Probably she needed to see which brands I was wearing to make sure I had expensive clothes. Educate your stuff please.

Pessima esperienza per acquisto online. Mi informano che l’articolo che ho acquistato è difettato e mi rimborsano è finita qui ok. Non mandano nota di credito o cmq prova dello storno, non rispondono alla mia email contenente detta richiesta e a fronte della mia manifesta insoddisfazione continuano a fregarmene e non rispondere. Volevo acquistare un altro paio di stivali, ma non lo farò. Per stare sul web bisogna imparare, non basta avere cose carine. L’ecommerce ha le sue regole e vanno imparate per poter giocare bene. Molto insoddisfatta, come chiunque lo sarebbe al mio posto.

Pessima esperienza! Customer service inesistente e scortese. Il vestito acquistato online è arrivato rotto e rovinato. Complimenti! Non comprate da questo sito, ancora sto aspettando una risposta dal customer service.
