Absolute shambles, it’s the worst customer service, rudest people you will ever met, the problem is that tourist still will want to go on boats and they know that.You stand in very long lines to get your tickets, once got to the window you are met by the most rudest people ever to sell you a ticket! Disgusting!

Wow. I’ve not seen such a shambles in years. Awful service, zero customer experience, zero value for money, zero health and safety. I would not recommend at all. This business needs a serious take over and overhaul. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed.We’ve come as a couple to visit lake Como over the Easter weekend, and I am gobsmacked at how bad the public transport has been. The ferry’s have been the worst - 1.5 hour queues (minimum), then you find out at the kiosk that the fast boat tickets were sold out ages ago. It’s not digitalised. You can’t track any of the boats, the services are all late, the staff don’t know what’s going on and there’s zero apologies if there aren’t any running to the timetable, there’s no formalised queues just people pushing and rushing to get on boats.If this service was running anywhere else it would have been picked up by a local journalist or the local government to improve the service, instead, they’re just trying to capitalise on everyone trying to see the beautiful scenery. Whereas in the long term visitors take away this awful experience and never want to return. Where’s the logic in that?
