There is no hot water, the pressure in all 3 showers is very weak or non-existent. All 3 TVs are not working. No wifi connection. Extremely dirty apartment. I don't recommend it.

Were robbed in the apartment of uptous Naples and the boss didn't help us, ignored us and failed to change the code of the appartment so we felt unsafe. This led us to believe that the security measures were always as bad.

Nos entraron a robar, y se llevaron computador, parlantes y otras cosas. Para entrar y salir del departamento se utilizaba solo un código de seguridad, que facilmente podrían saberlo más personas. Después del robo el anfitrión no nos ayudó, ni tampoco cambió el código. Mala experiencia

No hot water, no bed sheats, no cooking equipment, extremely dirty, typical Naples trap for tourists and at the end the owner ll try to take you some extra money. Worst apartment ever.

We were robbed in the apartment of uptous and the host didnt help us at all. Very disappointed of this behaviour. Was the worst stay in Naples we had so far.

Not only were we greeted by an extremely dirty apartment with no hot water, glasses, broken TV, no wifi, no light in the toilet, but the owners of the apartment are so arrogant and greedy that they milked an additional 200 euros for the already caused damage in the apartment.We regret that we didn't take a video of the apartment upon entering so that we would have evidence and not be robbed like that.Definitely not recommended!
