The staff was very nice. They let us check in at 12pm because of kids. The bathroom is shared therefore you might need to wait for your turn.Don't open your window otherwise mosquito can come. Its okay for one night stay but not more than that

Bellissimo posto

Very nice and comfortable place. Now as the summers are starting it’s getting hot outside and when you come to your room with well maintained cooler temperatures, its a big relief. The room and shared bathroom was very clean. And above all the price is so good. Totally recommended!

Posto semplice con bagno in comune...niente tv

Essenziale ma molto economico.

It’s not that expensive alright, don’t expect much. But I was there in mid summer and it was very hot in the room, so you had to use the AC. Well, the AC is broken and louder than a train… sleeping not really possible…The only saving grace is the manager, he’s a nice guy, but not being able to sleep is sadly only 1 star.PS, yes the room has a window, we opened it one night, we had about 20 moskito bites each… so unless the hotel fixes the ACs, don’t go there

Soddisfatta, molto pulito e personale gentile e educato

Nonostante la buona location, il posto non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Sporco, pieno di zanzare spiaccicate sui muri (nessuna zanzariera alle finestre), un rumoroso contatore dell'elettricità piazzato sopra il nostro letto, possibilità di usare solo il microonde (nonostante nella descrizione venga riportata la possibilità di usare tutta la cucina) e per finire il proprietario maleducato! Da evitare!indecenteoiimmaginare un modo indecente. Da evitare!

After reading the reviews I was initially a bit worried but we had no issues. In the spring the rooms are a comfortable temperature and the mattresses were in brand new condition. The building is a bit old but still well maintained. The service was considerate, family-run, and helpful and the location is quiet and fairly safe. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the shared bathroom remained mostly clean even with multiple people using it. The location is close to the main train station of Venice but a little far from from the touristy areas (about a 25 min walk). Overall, we had a great stay!
