Was für eine Erfahrung - einen Balsamico tradizionale ohne Probleme nach Deutschland geliefert bekommen und sind nun direkt vor Ort gewesen, wo wir sehr sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Wir konnten alle Essige probieren, zusammen mit lokalen Produkten und haben zudem eine Tour durch die Produktion erhalten. Es wird alles in Handarbeit hergestellt. Eine tolle Erfahrung und nur zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die erneute Lieferung. Grazie mille Valerio!

Espectacular experiencia donde hemos conocido la elaboración del vinagre balsámico y catado todos sus productos, descubriendo la multitud de combinaciones posibles con las que maridar sus vinagres.Muy recomendada la visita y la cata de sus productos. La familia propietaria te hacen sentir muy cómodos y se ve que les apasiona su trabajo.¡Muchas gracias por la experiencia!

Esperienza di degustazione davvero unica! Abbiamo fatto una bellissima visita all'acetaia e il proprietario ci ha raccontato con orgoglio la storia delle sue batterie di botti e del suo balsamico. Ci ha ha letteralmente aperto le porte della sua casa e abbiamo potuto gustare un incredibile aceto tradizionale accompagnato da piatto tipici emiliani. Da rifare!

We had a great time at Valerio's acetaia. He showed and explained to us how the delicious traditional balsamic vinegar is made, and gave us plenty to sample along with some great local specialties.We rolled up on a Sunday without an appointment, and he was happy to invite us in and spend a couple of hours sharing his passion. A fantastic experience and some really delicious products!And he even helped keep our 11 month old entertained :-)

This is such a wonderful experience. We took a chance and drove by without a booking and Valerio was happy to offer us a tour. The tour lasted 2 hours and we got to learn all about his family’s acetaia, followed by a chance to taste the many varieties he made upstairs in the tasting room. The tour is free and at the end there’s a chance to buy some of his products if you would like. I was expecting the bottles to be expensive as the quality was so good but they were such good value that we bought 4 bottles, and I wish now I’d bought more. This was such a lovely, personal tour and it’s a must do for anyone in the region.
