Simona is a wonderful shipper! She took great care of my cat and dog while shipping them from Italy to the U.S.. She is caring and competent and gave us great customer service. She was kind and patient with all my questions and concerns and made an incredibly stressful time a little easier because I knew my pets were okay. Simona really cares for the families and pets.

Had an extremely bad experience with this pet shipper. Overly stressed me out through the entire process, even at the airport. Then charged me twice for the export fee but wouldnt supply me with the reciept showing it had been paid twice. I left a very honest review of what happend on a Facebook group and she attacked me verbally. Said I was a terrible pet owner and how I lied about everything. Extremely unprofessional! Didnt even track my dog to see if he got to his destination ok. She was way over priced also. I got 4 other quotes and since she was recommended to me I let her know the lowest price and she dropped her price 500€ . Her original fee would have been 930€ if I went with her first quote. That's just her fee, not even what I had to pay the airlines. SCAM!
