Sono due giorni che cerco di contattare l'ambasciata invano. Trovo vergognoso che una cittadina Sud Africana in difficoltà non riesca a mettersi in contatto con l'ambasciata. Auguro ai cittadini sud africani di non avere mai bisogno degli uffici consolari del Sud Africa

A massive thank you to Ms. Ndlovu! You were an absolute life saver when my sister needed an emergency passport. Thank you for your help and dedication, you even stayed later just to make sure we were all okay and got everything we needed. I can't thank you enough! I wish you all the success in your future, you truly deserve it! Thank you for providing such a fantastic service on behalf of South Africa!

I struggled getting through on the phone number to make an appointment. Once at the Embassy, we were tended to immediately. Lerato was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Been contacting since last week to no avail. I phoned the emergency number, it just rang and now it’s off. I have been sending daily emails to make an appointment and no one responds. Guys, come on! This is bad

Called the embassy last Thursday to make an appointment and the man said call back at 2 o clock. I then try call at 2 o clock and their phone doesn’t work. Been trying now for 4 days to make an appointment but their lines don’t even work. Such a disgrace, no help for a South African trying to get help in a foreign country.

I felt emotional seeing the South African flag at the embassy yesterday. I was even more overcome by joy and deep longing for South Africa after chatting with sweet Ndlovu. Ndlovu epitomises everything I love about South Africans. I am so glad I could go there and feel at ease. Well done. Thank you Ndlovu ❤️.
