Ho usufruito dell'appartamento Casa di Carmela grazie all'agenzia gestita da Luca.Ottima comunicazione sia prima che durante la prenotazione con Luca ed Enza, consiglio di scegliere Atrani al posto di Amalfi perché più tranquilla e meno turistica. Ottima vista del villaggio dalle camere dell'appartamento.Grazie ancora,Saluti

If i could put 0 stars i would.We were unsure of where to meet up to get the keys. But when we eventually found the office we saw that the person that sat there had passed us on the square outside.It amazes me how this person and me got eye contact and saw that we obviously were tourists with all our luggage and still could not do the math and tell us to follow him to the office.When we entered the office, we felt that the vibe and atmosphere was really bad. The person working there was very unflexible and questioned my prescence at the office.I told him that I was just there to help my parents with carrying their luggage because I had another apartment.To my and everyones surprise this person would not let me help my elderly parents to carry their luggage inside their apartment. This behaviour made us all very sad and ruined the rest of our day.The flat also had a problem with a gas leak from the stove that made the whole apartment smell bad and made us feel dizzy. When we told Luca who is owner of Alfieri Rooms, he told us to open the windows. To us this is a big joke.He eventually offered us a bottle of wine which we looked up and saw that it cost 2 euro.WHAT A JOKE!

we are a family that came to Atrani for a few days vacation. When our parents were checking in, they were met with horrible treatment from your employees and wouldn’t let their own son help them to carry in their bags to their apartment. The staff didn’t offer any help either. We were shocked at how guests can be treated in such a way. Our parents were very sad and upset afterwards.When I went to my apartment, I got no help to find it. When I finally got to the apartment, it was not cleaned. Towels and sheets were in piles on the floor and the kitchen was full of dishes. When we went down to your office and spoke, we were greeted by so what". How can you even say that to guests who booked through you? We had expected a completely different treatment. This is beneath all criticism."

We had a wonderful time in our villa for a week,When we got there they opened the shop early for us, couldn’t be more friendly, & extremely helpful (with every request and we had a lot!) they were quick to reply, aid us when we needed and superbly friendly and professional.We would most definitely book again!The view from the villa was breathtaking & everything we needed was supplied.Thank you Luca for everything!

Appartamento nuovamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort. Situato nei vicoletti della splendida Atrani, a due passi dal mare e da Amalfi così da rendere rilassante il soggiorno nella divina costiera, ahimè spesso trafficata. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile anche nel fornire gli accorti suggerimenti per muoversi sul posto. Consigliato vivamente!

Soggiornato in appartamento Mare.Appartamento carino nel centro di Atrani, ceck in veloce ed efficiente, pulizia rivedibile, cucina ben fornita.Rete wi-fi lentissima e funzionante a tratti.Essendo Febbraio desideravamo accendere l'aria condizionata che figurava tra i servizi della stanza ma non funzionava per via delle pile scariche nel telecomando.L acqua calda usciva dopo molto tempo che si lasciava il rubinetto aperto ma la sua durata non consentiva neanche una doccia.Non siamo stati soddisfatti dell' alloggio

Very disappointed with this company, they had so rude, mean and ignorant staff.How can they work in the service industry and not be service-minded?This experience ruined our whole stay at one of their apartments.Thanks for nothing Luca.
