Uno degli hotel in cui ho mangiato meglio. Qualita' ottima. Frutta verdura carne e pesce freschissimi. Qualita' ed anche abbondanza.Tutti gentilissimi e disponibili.Belle escursioni e belle camere.Unica pecca non ha un giardino con solarium e la spa un po piccolina rispetto ad altri Belvita.Ci tornero. Bravi."

We went there for a week. And it was such a magical experience. The place is so beautifully design. The rooms are so confortable and the client service is always on point. The owner of the restaurant makes you feel very welcome. The food is amazing so well thought of and so special. Finally the relaxing areas are beautiful. I appreciate that their top floor pool and area is for adults only. Therefore is always peace and quiet to truly rest. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Come può un viaggio di 900 km trasformarsi in una delle più belle esperienze della tua vita che non vedi l'ora di rifare il prima possibile? In quale altro posto al mondo torni dopo anni di Covid e reclusioni forzate e i ragazzi dello staff si ricordano di te e ti fanno sentire come un vecchio amico? Come può una persona che non conosci diventare uno dei tuoi zii preferiti che non vedi l'ora di rivedere per scambiare 2 chiacchiere all'ora di cena tra una delizia e l'altra? E come può il tuo benessere essere interpretato in maniera talmente professionale da non riuscire a trovare null'altro da desiderare se non programmare l'ennesima vacanza mentre sei ancora a mollo nella stupenda infinity pool ipnotizzato dalle maestose cime Dolomitiche? Beh se avete voglia di rispondere a questa e altre mille piacevoli domande l'unica risposta è l'Hotel Excelsior a San Vigilio. The one and only. Ci vediamo naturalmente l'anno prossimo!! È un hotel dalla lunga tradizione e in continua evoluzione. Le molteplici offerte e l'ottima posizione lo rendono adatto a tutti: famiglie, persone che viaggiano da sole, sportivi o chi è in cerca di relax e coccole".La famiglia Call è sempre stata attenta a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti

Struttura bella, personale gentilissimo, cucina all'altezza di un 4 stelle.L'unico neo è la spa.Bellissima, ma purtroppo chiusa fino alle 14......peccato... Eravamo venuti soprattutto per quello....

La mia più grande preoccupazione erano i possibili strapiombi che avrei potuto trovare vendevo da Brunico, visto che l'hotel è sulle piste da sci ed io soffro di vertigini. Devo dire che c'è una buona strada e non ho mai avvertito un senso di precarietà.Dopo questa doverosa premessa vi dico subito che la struttura è bella, molto bella e gradita benissimo. Ci troviamo su un hotel di categoria superiore ed il livello dei servizi lo dimostra, per varietà e qualità. Ottimo centro benessere con molte saune e piscine, interne ed esterne, centro massaggi, sala sci dove si accede direttamente alle piste con gli sci.Bar per cocktail ed aperitivi strepitoso. Ottima cucina, forse un po troppo elaborata, ma ottima.Impeccabile

We stayed there as a couple with a 4-year old in June 2023.We perfectly enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to coming back:- Spacious, modern, well-designed, clean room with practical equipment, large balcony and great view (we stayed in the newer building, floor 9). Beds were top quality, and the room was very quiet, we slept perfectly. Fast, free internet.- Fantastic food, with a good variety, always tastefully prepared and beautifully presented. Good healthy options. Decent wine list.- Very nice, careful and helpful staff; the owners were highly engaged. They also organized wonderful hiking tours (and other excursions) for the guests.- Functional, spacious, thoughtfully designed garage to keep (&fix) our mountainbikes.St. Vigil is of course a great place for a mountains / Dolomites holiday with family. There are several nice playgrounds and nature sites in the village, the path to Pederü was great for the kid to improve his cycling skills. There are so many extremely beautiful hikes and trails around, in all four directions. Like a paradise. Some of the best mountainbiking in the world.I have stayed in many hotels over the years, so this praise is against the background of quite some competition. The owners really care about their hotel and seem to have done everything to make it as convenient, functioning, and beautiful as possible.(One, tiniest, thing that might be improved is the breakfast coffee. Most items were served from a buffet, but for the (excellent) coffee we necessarily had to wait for a waiter, sometimes for a while. This bottleneck could be removed by adding a coffee machine to the buffet. )

I been in lots of places but never felt so amaized like in this hotel we couldn’t go out from the hotel because we felt in a dream!The rooftop pool view is amazing the service was extremely good!And the food was surprising every day a different dish that looked like a Michelin star.I definitely going to come back to this hotel!

I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to rave about this place. We just finished a short stay and are currently at a 5 star (much more expensive) place in Val Gardena and the Excelsior blows it away. The attention to detail at Excelsior is unmatched. They thought of everything and make everything feel effortless, luxe and magical. From the quality of the furnishings in the rooms to the glasses at the dinner table… everything is high class without feeling pretentious or stuffy. The owner even goes around to everyone’s table at dinner to say hello. High class, top notch and one of the best places we have ever stayed. While a bit of a drive to some of the major sites in the Dolomites, we plan to make it back to the Dolomites just to stay at this hotel again.

Vacanzina di 3gg da sogno! Posto impeccabile, locazione perfetta e camera spaziosa con vista sulle piste e montagne. Panorami da cartolina da ogni angolo.. dalla camera, dal ristorante, dalle spa. Arredamento accoglientissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. Ovunque. Offre diverse spa ampie e per tutti, con servizi, aree relax e panorami incredibili. Scelta pasti, drink e snack variatissima e tutto gustosissimo. L'intero team di staff molto gentile e disponibile sempre col sorriso. Una energia molto piacevole. Insomma, grazie mille a tutti del Excelsior per aver contribuito a creare dei ricordi indelebili. Ci torneremo!
