Great experience, very nice staff and easy to drop off and get my bag back at the end of the day. Very conveniently placed next to Milano Centrale, and 30min by foot from the Duomo.

One guy at Dany Bar in Milan was resistant to take my luggage saying there was no more space, only for small bags. He hadn't even looked at my bags and seemed just to want to let me know my request was annoying. Luckily there was a nicer smart guy at the bar who said to him, look dude, her bags are small. The other guy just mumble under his breath to himself. Nothing against Bounce but maybe tell their contractors to not be so disagreeable without reason.

The staff at Danys were very polite and helpful in storing my bag. It was such a relief to realise they were able to store for me as I didn’t wNt to haul my bag around while seeing Milan for the first time.

Nice people. It's kind of busy in there so there was a little wait. It is 5-10 minutes from Milano Centrale but there are a couple decent food options there, either at Dany Cafe or around the corner.
