Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco Capri

This hotel has made our stay so special as we visited Capri to celebrate my gf’s birthday. They are extremely attentive to all their guest needs, the breakfast is beyond excellent and the free shuttle was a plus. This luxury villa has exceeded many 5 star hotels. Thank you again for making our stay special and thank you for the surprise and upgrade :)

My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Villa Excelsior Parco Capri. The moment we arrived the staff greeted us warmly and invited us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the garden. They took the time to suggest, with the use of a map the many scenic locations, restaurants, roof top bars and island highlights. We were also given a tour of the pool area and roof top. The hotel itself is very charming and the location, while a little out of town is actually perfect as the town of Capri is very crowded. The complimentary use of the car service offered made all of our outings seamless, and our driver could't have been lovelier. The views from the room, pool and roof top are stunning. The breakfasts were wonderful and the food delicious. However, what really made our stay were the staff who are truly amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely experience.

We visited Capri last night and had the pleasure of staying at the hotel excelsior, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view! Breakfast was aslo to die for !!! Wish we could have stayed here longer!! Definitely 5 starts!

This may be my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff here is exceptional- they make Ritz-Carlton service look average. We truly felt at home during our stay and that is very rare when staying at a hotel. The whole team is amazing- Stefano with his recommendations on what to do on the island, Peppe with his friendly manner and generosity, Gianpiero at check-in, Mariano always offering to help, Buddi with his huge smile and great personality in the shuttle. Lorenzo at the bar and Mariana with food and beverage were great as well.The weather forecast was awful and the sea was rough the day we were to arrive, but the staff emailed or sent a message via WhatsApp for several days prior checking in on us. We appreciated that and it was a nice preview of the amazing level of service to come during our stay.It is also worth mentioning how spectacular the food is. Breakfast every morning was amazing and we had some pre-dinner appetizers that were delicious.The shuttle service around the island makes everything so much easier too. This was a big big help.I almost didn't want to write a review because I wish we could keep this place secret! But the staff deserves recognition.Capri is not the easiest place to get to, but the staff alone makes the trip worth it. We cannot wait to return and see you all again!

Ho scelto questa struttura per festeggiare il 40esimo compleanno di mio marito. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi logistici e tutta la struttura si è messa a disposizione per aiutarci a risolverli e al contempo permetterci di contianuare comunque a goderci la vacanza. Grazie a tutti perché si è confermata la miglior scelta che potessi fare, per la bellezza del posto e la gentilezza di tutto il personale.

Luxury Excélsior Parco was truly one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for 2 nights. We wished we stayed longer. The staff and service were above our expectations. They are so quick to arrange transfers to and from Capri and the Marina port by a simply WhatsApp message. Everything was phenomenal — the food, drinks, room, and the pool area! I got seasick from our boat day and when I returned to the hotel they immediately provided me with a complementary tray of stomach soothing tea, lemon, and biscuits. Stefano was excellent! Buddika is the most amazing driver who is beyond friendly. Thank you for making our stay very special!!!! :-)

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The level of service and hospitality was superb from the start as we were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, in addition to being given a detailed map of the island with helpful information for desired beach clubs, restaurants and shopping. We were also given a tour of the property, which was stunning - particularly loved the charming sun terrace and garden, as well as the rooftop pool. We loved having breakfast in the picturesque garden terrace. Our room was luxurious and always kept clean during our stay - also stocked with plenty of complimentary waters and a bottle of wine. The boutique provided a complimentary car service, which was a huge convenience during our stay and much appreciated. The hotel was even gracious enough to secure dinner reservations for us at the very popular lemon restaurant. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating during our stay - it was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

This is truly one of the most beautiful and wonderful experiences me and my partner had while traveling in Europe. The staff was unbelievable wonderful and helpful. As soon as you step on the property, everyone is so so nice and welcoming. They really go above and beyond for any request… Pepe the manager of food and beverages at the hotel went beyond to go pick up all the ingredients necessary to make cacio and pepe for breakfast!!! We will definitely come back and we really can’t wait to come back and see everyone at the hotel. Thank you to everyone who helped us have a wonderful trip!!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché aveva le recensioni migliori. Abbiamo fatto bene. L’hotel interpreta al meglio il concetto di lusso in chiave moderna. L’hotel ha dimezzato il numero delle stanze a 11 (bellissime). In questo modo gli spazi a disposizioni sono di livello imparagonabile con le altre strutture che abbiamo provato e la personalizzazione del servizio è massima. Grazie a tutto lo staff per avere trasformato il nostro soggiorno in una vera esperienza indimenticabile
