We bought several dozens of glasses over the years, always arrived in perfect condition, always beautiful. Nika is a wonderful customer service representative. We recommend Colonna to all our friends visiting Venice.

I bought two different chandeliers from this store. each time the chandelier arrived with a broken piece and recently when the second chandelier arrived with the broken arm, I contacted the store which charged me more than $200.00 to make and send the new arm..If you shop from them, you are likely to receive at least one broken piece so be aware of whom you are dealing with.

When visiting Venice a friend recommended we stop by this beautiful glass gallery. Little did we know that we would be buying two retro chandeliers, a vase, a set of wine glasses, and a glass sculpture. Their collection is truly irresistible. The service was great. None of the glass broke while being shipped and each piece has added beauty to our home and thereby our everyday life.
