DRIVALIA Mobility Store

Non sono riuscito a comunicare con nessuno.Ho un cellulare diun certo sig.Massimo ma non mi ha mai contattato.Nonostantelo abbia cercato più volte e gli abbia lasciato un messaggio in segreteria.Mi spiace perchè mi ha fatto perdere tempo per una cosa personale importante.

Agenzia di noleggio inesistente.... non é mai presente nessuno al banco di noleggio.... come si fa se uno vuole una macchina ???

If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would do it. Before moving forward, this office is in Credit Agricole Parma Green Life (like 300m on the same street, going in Parma's direction), not where Google puts it...Now, service is simply put THE WORST: the girl (Dalila) supposed to be at the front desk is never there, had the worst experience due to her non-existent sense of service and/or helpfulness, she made me waste 4 days due to her lazyness. First, 3 hrs prior to my original appointment she called to say no-one was going to be able to give me my car, so she would change the location to another mobility store, no matter how much I explained I needed a specific car and I couldn't move very far. Then, after being this unprofessional, she assured me that since the new venue didn't give me the car I originally reserved, she would personally be at the original mobility store where I made the first reservation and amend the inconvenience. That day (2nd lost day), she didn't arrive, I called her and told me she was going to be there the next day as an emergency came. On the 3rd lost day I called her prior to leaving and meeting her, and she said she was on her way... 2 hrs after that lie, she didn't arrive. At this point I was very angry, I called the manager and he did make the girl go the next day (4th and final day), but she did arrive 1 hour late and with her hair wet saying she had a lroblem" (surely the bed she was sleeping in didn't allow her to leave her apartment). I wonder if I didn't call Mr Massimiliano Siri in the first place
