THE RUDEST HOSTS I'VE EVER MET. Due to flight cancellation we were unable to get to the accommodation, we have contacted the hosts and verbally they agreed to change our booking to a different date, they said that they're happy to help us only to cancel on us 3 days later. They tricked us by first agreeing to our situation, and later asked for double the price. Not customer friendly, not flexible, unprofessional and just wanted our money without respect for our situation. Don't be in hospitality business if you can't manage people's requests.
