Hotel San Miniato

Old and very worn hotel near the center of San Miniato. The hotel offers a great parking lot, but unfortunately that's all. The beds are old box springs and the other equipment in the room is very worn. The same applies to the bathroom. The faucets are slightly trimmed. I recommend bringing slippers to the room as you won't want to walk barefoot on the floor. The bathroom really needs to be renovated.The breakfasts were good and the staff behind the bar offered us very good coffee included in the price.The biggest problem we had was with the air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work (it only made noises and a little warm wind came out of it - I think it lacked a cooling medium). After reporting to the reception, the lady went to check the room and confirmed that the air conditioning was not working. She then told us that she couldn't change our room, but that when someone had dinner, she would come and fix it for us.After we ourselves came back to the hotel at 23:00, we were told that the air conditioning was still not working and that it could not be repaired. That's all. They did not offer any other solution or a discount for accommodation. So I had to ask if this problem would be taken into account in the price, because it was 30 degrees Celsius in the room. The lady said she would ask the manager.The next day at check out, we were told by another arrogant lady that the air conditioning was working (only at a lower power) and that they would only give us a 10 euro discount... When I told her that unfortunately we couldn't sleep all night because of the heat, she she said we were supposed to leave the room at night and we wouldn't pay anything. I don't understand, I still don't want to believe this approach... In any case, I know that I never want to experience this accommodation in Italy again. If you want a good night's sleep, stay away from this hotel.

Nel tranquillo borgo di San miniato è presente l'hotel San miniato che si presenta benissimo, moderno, con internet funzionante, camere ordinate e luminose oltre che spaziose. Personale discreto e gentile, ricca prima colazione. Un ottimo posto dove riposare dal lavoro.

Prenotato HOTEL SAN MINIATO come punto di partenza per la VIA FRANCIGENA. Personale gentile, colazione abbondante, camere silenziose e pulite. Parcheggio custodito. Nel caso dovessi tornarci sicuramente lo tengo in considerazione.

Vista spettacolare dalla camera, personale super disponibile e gentile! Molto simpatico il personale alla reception. Molto pulito e nonostante non si possa fumare nelle camere, ti danno a disponibilità zone per fumare all'aperto, anche al riparo in caso di pioggia. Direi perfetto.

Tranquillo , pulito e profumato questo hotel caratteristico è in stile con il paese che lo ospita. Camere con Aria condizionata , dotato di una piccola piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Buona e piacevole la colazione da gustare anche fuori sul patio .

Buon giorno!! Consiglio di soggiornare in questo Hotel,San Miniato vxx l'accoglienza dei gestori,la disponibilità con cui ci hanno accolto. Con la nostra famiglia bbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel X il Matrimonio di nostro figlio,celebrato il 10 dicembre al sntuario della Ss Annunziata a Firenze. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo ad altre persone. Un grande Grazie

Non lo consiglio a nessuno: completamente diverso dalle immagini del sito, arredo vecchio, tv non funzionante, mancanza di prese di corrente, assistenza inesistente, menefreghismo assoluto da parte del titolare.

Ho alloggiato più volte in questa struttura e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene. È posizionato su di una collina in un borgo antico molto bello. La vista è stupenda di giorno e ancor di più la sera. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e sa di antico. Anche le camere sono accoglienti e adeguatamente ampie.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.A colazione c’è tutto: dolce, salato e disponibili a richieste particolari.Parcheggio privato custodito da video sorveglianza.

Una bellissima location ristrutturata di un maniero medievale a due passi dal centro storico. Pulizia e camere spaziose ben arredate.Purtroppo colazione non adeguata ad un 4 stelle che nei fine settimane inizia incomprensibilmente alle 8. Anche la scelta di non fornire un servizio di minibar è secondo me non all'altezza

5 star rating for our regular 1night stay since about 5 years. it is not a luxary hotel, but this is not what i expect reserving a 3 star hotel.we stay overnight with the family during early summer since about 5 years for travelling weither further south or back to the north. we normally get a room that sleeps the four of us. it is clean and spacious enough for the night. the breakfast has in my opinion improved a lot since the first stay, but is still an italian style breakfast - completely Ok for the 3 start the hotel has. Prices fair. Thanks for the always friendly welcome.
