Veloci e precisi nella consegna del mezzo e nella spiegazione del servizio. Il mezzo che mi hanno dato era pulito e in buono stato.

Horrible service! Do not honor reservation request and no assistance during rental period.I cannot express our displeasure with Hertz. We reserved an automatic family size intermediate SUV well in advance of our Italian vacation buy we we ended up with a small sedan.. way too small for a family of 5 adults travelling with luggage. We picked up the car in Sondrio which is where we were told they didn't have the size we reserved nor did they have an automatic car which was what we requested. We travelled from Sondrio to Venice, then to Tuscany and then Naples with luggage under our feet, on our lap and had no room to move with such an uncomfortable tight space. The Sondrio location told us"  to check with another Hertz location to exchange the car for the size we had reserved. We called Hertz customer service and they told us they could not help us and that it was up to the initial locale to fix the issue

Personale molto gentile e competente, mezzi sempre puliti ed efficienti. Mi capita spesso di avere a che fare con loro e devo dire che sono i migliori che abbia mai provato. AVANTI COSÍ!

Terrible experience! Had no child seat as requested in advance and the car was way too different than the reservation. Staff was unable to solve the problems as it is a very small office and told me to buy a child seat by myself.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio di prenotare online ed eventualmente chiamare (interno #4) per esigenze particolari. Possibilità su richiesta di lasciare la vettura fuori orario e di essere raggiunti o accompagnati prima e/o dopo il noleggio.

Ottimo servizio, sull'auto proprio niente da dire!! Prezzo giusto, personale cortese e professionale. Insomma consigliatissimo, bravi
