DONT STAY HEREThe air bnb was not as described. Bunk beds were pictured to look like they were in a separate compartment of the room and furnishings were drab and not as pictured at all. The most we got from this air bnb was a singular toilet roll. They advertise the apartments as if it’s a hotel , but don’t be fooled they provide nothing (no soap no bed covers - unless you want to pay an extra 12 euros) and treat you like your’e in school. Staff were rude and aggressive toward us, an extremely unprofessional. At the beginning of our stay the receptionist gave us a calendar which was written in Italian so we could not understand . We did not understand the importance of the calendar as she had not explained properly . It was regarding bin collection. She told us to leave our bins in the “web” , we asked her if the web was the fence and she said yes. So we left out bins each night in the rear patio next to our fence. At the end of our stay she was aggressive and rude about this and scolded us like children. Had we fully understood what she had said we would have put them elsewhere . Wherever we were supposed to put them I’m still not sure . We left the room clean and tidy, filled all the bins with the correct stuff (recycling, plastic etc) . We left a bottle of limoncello and mozzarella in the fridge as they were unopened so we thought perhaps the cleaners would want. Everything else was clean and in the bin. We paid for towels and linen as considerably extra before our arrival . But upon leaving, the receptionist claimed we had not . She reprimanded us in a way that was totally unfair. Had she been more restrained and calm I would have taken on board what she had said. Throughout our stay the workers were unhelpful . We asked them for advice on how to travel to different locations on multiple occasions and their response was uncaring and to tell us to check google . They spent most of their time in the pool and sunbathing. To add to this, the WiFi connection in our room was poor , the toilet brush was covered in feces, a lack of amenities (no kettle, microwave, no oven) and there was no lock on the bathroom door. I came on holiday for a relax not to be told off and bullied. We swept and mopped the floor, washed the dishes, cleaned all the towels, folded the linen, we put the bins out to where we thought they were meant to be, and we paid extra for the towel and linen we used . And yet we were treated disrespectfully , made late for our flight and had a 100 euro deposit taken away. RUINED MY HOLIDAY
