Nice place, good price. I like territory around. Big terrase. However could be hot in the summer, I did not see air conditioner in our appartments

Lovely staff, good location, comfortable beds and nice swimming pool make this hotel a great place to stay. The selection of food isn’t huge though but I think that should be expected from 3-star hotel. Overall a great experience.

The Manager at the reception is a very lovely and most welcoming lady. She went beyond and above to make the stay as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure to have met her. Most appreciated for all she has done. Thank you !The 1 star rating is for the building itself (residence type) and the penthouse apt. :- the elevator seems modern, in good shape and looking like new- free parking , big garden and pool area, clean and well maintained- the top floor apt has a small kitchen, good equipped :--> built-in minibar is not properly fixed - when opening the door, the fridge moves to fall over the ground--> missed the toaster, but had a coffee maker and an electric kettle--> only 1 wall electric plug over the counter ( 1 more near the floor level, right where the door towards terrace was opening/closing)--> kitchenware isn't situated at a handy reached (the actual cupboard was outside the kitchen area - not fun going back&forth, especially when eating outside on the terrace )- all rooms have old doors , with different squeaks , doorknobs were hard to open/close- room with bunk bed : both beds are child size and the suspended one isn't secure at all- big bathroom : soap was not included in the room accesories, lighting doesn't cover the whole space - i.e. shower space )- main bedroom with separate terrace:--> not soundproofed ( all snoises from the bathroom and the neighbours room were heard loud&clear, especially a dog barking and some midnight child screams)--> the wooden frame of the king-sized bed is almost at the floor level - effort when laying over or getting up (yet the mattresse is comfortable)--> there is a long suspended white board (not sure if a deco part or shelf) but too shaky-->built-in closets had a particular smell-->seen a hole in the wall , near the bed--> terrace is very big, truley nice views , almost the size of the living space, but without a functional light and the existing one was left hanging on the wall, unsecured- outdoor window roller blinds are manual, challeging to maneuver- the door entrance opens with a metal standard key

We had a very enjoyable stay at these apartments with friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool in the garden and although some of the furniture in the apartments was fairly basic, a major refurbishment programme is to start in November 2022. We hope to return on our next visit to Lake Garda. We would like to thank the staff for making us feel welcome at their property.

Residence a cui servirebbe una rinfrescata,ma si fa perdonare per la gentilezza dei gestori (Magda che noi abbiamo conosciuto),la posizione,il bel panorama e la bellissima piscina molto grande e il fatto che accettano i cani.Consigliatissimo.

Residence vicino al centro con una bella piscina e spazio fuori. Gli alloggi molto minimal come arredamenti e poco attrezzati soprattutto in cucina. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti e non abbiamo trovato neppure una saponetta in bagno e una tovaglietta per apparecchiare.....

Very Friendly Staff, nice pool and modern breakfast and elevator. Unfortunately rooms were 3 stars standard maybe in the 90's. Comfort room doesn't have aircon, it's old and didn't care of it. Lamps broken, floor broken, looks clean but oooooold. Don't know if would stay there next time....

It’s a cheap hotel in a great place.In the backyard there is a mostly clean and big pool, sun chairs and swings.Floor tiles are a bit old and come out, walls are a little dirty. Doors make sounds and scratches the floor. The door to the balcony leaked a bit water in, maybe it wasn’t closed properly?In the kitchen there is a small fridge, tea kettle, coffee machine, microwave, stove and storage space. (There is no oven) Apartment does not include dish soap, soap, shampoo ect…In the apartment there is no air conditioner but there’s a fan.I don’t know anything about the food.The elevator is in good condition.Overall its a fine place to stay at for a couple of days.

Spazi ampi e accoglienti, personale gentile e disponibilissimo, la super piscina rinfrescante per tutta la famiglia fa abbondantemente dimenticare la mancanza di condizionatori nelle stanza. Ottimo Stefan alla colazione mattutina, super la moglie Magda alla reception (se avete un problema lei ve lo risolve)

Pessimo, appartamenti vecchi e logori, muffa e cose sporche. Frigo, lampade, frigo, pavimenti e piastrelle rotti, compreso il chiavistello del bagno per il quale la porta del bagno non si può chiudere. Colazione di bassa qualità con pane ed affettati vecchi. Sconsigliato.p.s. Personale del residence abbastanza accogliente eccetto Monica, sgarbata e nevrotica soprattutto per la piscina. Non lo consiglio.
