Beautiful indoor/outdoor space secluded from the crowds. Friendly staff and an excellent sommelier. And, of course, wonderful food. We did the chef’s choice menu and were not disappointed

Ambiente super! Davvero accogliente, non grande ma comunque comodo e piacevole. Ha anche uno spazio all’aperto. Tutto arredato con gusto! Il cibo è squisito. Le porzioni non sono enormi ma è anche suggerito sul menù di prendere più piatti anche per assaggiare le diverse pietanze. Il servizio è ECCELLENTE. La carta dei vino ricca e interessante. Un luogo speciale lontano dal turismo noioso.Complimenti a tutto il team!!!!

Un lugar mágico. Un bonito patio interior privado en pleno corazón de Venecia, pero alejado del bullicio y la gente. También tiene mesas en el interior de un bonito local. La comida es sencillamente espectacular. Todo el personal es simpatiquísimo y extremadamente amable. El precio es mucho más que razonable teniendo en cuenta el lugar, la calidad y el servicio. Sin duda repetiremos en futuras visitas a Venecia.

What a wonderful place! I booked online for our first night in Venice having read some great reviews despite being a newly opened restaurant. We let them chose the food for us and paid €49 each for 4 surprise courses, all of which were amazing. We also chose the wine pairing option, and the wines were matched perfectly to the courses. This was a great option as we got to try things that we probably wouldn’t have picked for ourselves, and certainly felt like a more authentic Venetian experience. Sat outside in the courtyard with fairy lights strung across the top, it was so pretty. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.We loved the first night so much that we booked again, for our wedding anniversary meal. I accidentally booked their social table, which meant that we sat with two Italian couples on a group table facing the kitchen. My husband and I are both pretty introverted so my initial reaction was one of apprehension, however that quickly melted away as the other couples made us feel welcome and showed us the famous Italian generosity! This time we chose from the a La carte menu and it was again a wonderful meal. The open ravioli might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten!We felt that the prices were reasonable for what we ate and drank, and would expect to pay more for this quality back in our hometown of Oxford.

Un ambiente moderno, curato e con un restauro raffinato.Il servizio è accogliente ed accorto, sempre gentili e con un occhio di riguardo agli ospiti più piccoli ( NB c'è il fasciatoio in bagno).Il cibo non è scontato, con una ricerca sublime sugli ingredienti e gli accostamenti.Si spazia da piatti semplici e sorprendenti ( per esempio una griglia di verdure locali amorevolmente accompagnata da salse home made) a costruzioni più elaborate ( altro esempio sono degli spaghetti in salsa di rapa rossa con cozze saltate).La carta dei vini è ricca, profonda e ricercata. Difficile non trovare qualcosa di proprio gusto.Se non sapete, o non volete, scegliere, lasciate fare a loro, vi guideranno in una varietà di pietanze e vini che allieteranno la serata.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. A friend recommended their sister restaurant, which is no longer open for dinner and we ended up here. We did the chef’s tasting menu and the food was amazing. We sat in the quaint courtyard where we could see the chef preparing the food. The wine pairings were spot on. Everything was incredible. I want to go back!

Reservation is a must to experience this wonderful restaurant. We loved it so much we visited twice on our trip to Venice. This is certainly not a tourist trap restaurant experience! You know you are in for a treat when even the locals visit.The welcome is warm and inviting, and as we found with the Italian culture very generous and you are made to feel part of the family. On each visit we were given a complimentary Prosecco and a small salad which were absolutely lovely.Our first meal we had the Fa’ Ti where 4 dishes are chosen for you (three dishes and one dessert) and we had the accompanying wine pairing option. If there is something you don’t like mention it and they will make sure not to include this. The food was sensational and was great to try a variety of wines which were all explained. Our table was in the courtyard area with lights hanging with a window into the kitchen.For our second meal we were on the social table, this was a front seat to the kitchen in full flow. This time we chose from the a la carte menu which has dishes of the day and also some dishes which are always on the menu. We shared a steak for our main cooked on the Kamado which was delicious with some seasonal vegetables. The fish is also cooked perfectly.All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Was also nice when they recognise you as a returning guest. It was great to round the evenings off with an aperitif before settling what we felt was reasonable bill for everything we ate and drank.

Lovely to spend an evening in the courtyard tucked away from the craziness in peak tourist season. The service was great, passionate and happy to be there, their belief in the quality of food and wine was very palpable and we enjoyed it immensely. Wish I had more time in Venice to go back again. Thank you!
