Worst experience of my life! Tour was very poorly organised and for the price you pay (60€ p.p) you expect a little more attention to details. The guy working in Capri does not care if you catch the boat or not, so he tells you to go on the opposite side of where the boat will arrive on purpose!! So he has less people to deal with…. Absolutely shameful that there the boat in Capri didn’t show up without explanation so hundreds of people were left waiting under the rain. If you can avoid this tours at all costs it is absolutely not worth it!! Expensive, zero organisation and rude staff. Giving 1 star as I can’t give less !!!

Booked the 9:15 ferry Sorrento to Amalfi.the lady in the ticket office said dock 6.The dockhand eventually let us know ours was cancelled. Now we're on a 10:10 ferry at dock 6. No email, or what's app message.A little better communication would be nice.

Booked online via FerryHopper. Ferry cancelled due to weather conditions. Won’t refund in the ticket office, say online refunds only.Been told that FerryHopper have to refund, but have not been able to contact them so far.Be warned, don’t book online and buy on the day.

Abbiamo prenotato il tour costiera amalfitana con sosta a Positano, Amalfi e visita alla grotta smeraldo compresa nel prezzo (55 euro a persona). La compagnia organizza vari tipi di tour, ogni partecipante la mattina viene contrassegnato con un adesivo di vari colori a seconda del tipo di tour, così da permettere alla guida di riconoscere velocemente chi è con lei e ad altri chi può fruire di quel servizio (es. trasferimento da Amalfi alla grotta smeraldo e ingresso alla grotta smeraldo). Esperienza interessante per chi non vuole perdere l'occasione di vedere Positano (1 ora circa), Amalfi (2 ore circa) e la grotta smeraldo (1 ora circa tra trasferimento da Amalfi, fila e giro all'interno) evitando lo strees degli spostamenti via terra. Il giro in barca è molto piacevole e il panorama dal mare della costiera è bellissimo.

Used the ferry to get from Sorrento to Napoli. Way better than taking the train and very smooth ride. 3 stars because staff was rude when I asked which ferry dock to go to. Make sure you buy tickets for each bag you’re taking on or they will yell at you when boarding. Bags are all just kind of piled up. Overall, I would use them over the train, but arrive early to check in at ticket office and be prepared for rude staff.

Horrible attitude, they oversell the tickets. There was a huge line for a 10:30 am boat to Positano-Amalfi. We made it, but they stopped boarding right after us, and all those people had tickets for the same time! Also they run late all the time, it was supposed to be 45 min to Positano, but it took 1 hr 10, and almost 2.5 hours to Amalfi instead of 90 minutes.

Two trips this week. The one to Capri gets the four stars. Rosie - the guide - was a local. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely place to go.Second trip was poor. Delayed start. Chaos on the wharf each time the boat docked. Marianna - the guide - lost us lots of time by making us stop and start. By the time we got to Positano we had around an hour before getting back to the wharf. Positano is an expensive tourist trap. Goods appear to be double the price than in Sorrento. Waste of time stopping here. Long wait in blazing hot sun to get back on the boat. Next stop Amalfi. The highlight of the trip was the transfer to a small boat to go to the Emerald Grotto.Back to Amalfi and chaos. Ridiculously busy and expensive. Just enough time to grab a bite and visit the cathedral - which is beautiful.Then a chaotic time trying to get back on the boat. Organisation is terrible. Started to feel dangerous.This trip is definitely not worth 60 Euros each. Spent more time on the water or queuing than seeing/doing anything nice.

Tour ben pagati e organizzati male.Vengono presentati in un certo modo e con specifiche tappe da fare, ma vengono poi modificate il giorno del tour.Guide che parlano solo inglese e per chi sa l'inglese, italiani che pagano la guida praticamente per non ricevere nessuna informazione. Soldi rubati insomma!Mi sono sentito straniero nella mia terra.Mai più tour con questa compagnia!

SCAM! Avoid! The woman is impolite, unprofessional and seems like she hates her job. The tickets here are sold much more expensive and then the shop next to it (We have asked the other shops). When the tickets are sold, she didn’t even tell us the time and just shoved it into our face. They sold us the worst possible return time, then proceeded to tell us that there were no available times, even though there were. (The other shops have, we have asked them). There is a seemingly friendly Italian man that will lure you inside the shop, do NOT go to this shop, there are so many other better alternatives. Then when I took a picture of the shop for this review, she threatened to call the police.
