I selected this company from the reviews on trip advisor. So it seems that I should report on my experience to help other people.We booked them from Rome to Positano and another trip from Positano to Rome.The first trip was 'adequate'. It was an older van and a little uncomfortable. It did show up at the appropriate time and deliver us to our location. So thumbs up for that.However, after using some other companies we decided to go with their superior services. I canceled the return trip four days before and received this is response from the company..So that you have a reservation you do not care about anything ( 48 hours before you cancel ) congratulations on the seriousness . Let me understand

Communication and follow up very unprofessional. After booking, and then being told they needed the weekend to pass before we received confirmation, we went 3 weeks plus (and subsequent follow ups) we finally received a response. They cancelled our request because they refuse to work with people who follow up too often. We responded and ask for reconsideration only to go without any response again. If you expect to have written confirmation after you request a booking, this organization will not be a good fit. We have moved on and now have a very professional and responsive service. Proceed with caution.
