Terrible customer service! I was delayed to pick up my car due to a flight cancellation and they refused to adjust the rental even though I called and let them know. I ended up renting from another rental company.

Excellent, friendly staff, who waited until after closing time for our delayed flight. Car was bigger and newer than the one we booked, so very happy there.

This rental experience left a very bad taste (pun). There was small bit a dried out baby vomit discovered undrr the babyseat after return. Apparently we had missed when cleaning the rest, which was easy to clean and not discovered at all. When I asked the controlling person if we should clean it before he said they would clena it, and only send to cleaning service if it wasn't fixed. When I asked how much that could potentially be he moted 25-30 euros. Which ended up being 195 euros in email they sent, out of which 125 damage cost and 70 management penalty (whatever that means). I refused to pay without invoice and clarification of the costs and what it was used for etc. They never answered but just went ahead to charge my card.
