The staff was very rude and intimidating - Meriam was screaming at me and I felt pressured into buying a dress, I think PINKO should close this store as it is damaging their reputation.

Extremely rude - I asked if I can have a refund for something I just bought and Merian threatened to call the policy and shouted at me. I will of course open a case with the British Embassy in Italy. This is completely unacceptable behaviour towards a customer.
