Very friendly host!!!We arrived late (after 8 PM). This was no problem at this apartment. We have sent the arrival time to the host and he was waiting at the apartment on time.Late checkout was also possible without any additional costs, because there was no booking for our departure date.The apartment is located in the city centre, surrounded by several restaurants offering dinner and cafes/ backeries which are offering breakfast.And the best of all: the apartment is really looking like the official pictures!!!

Appartamento centralissimo, molto ordinato e pulito, ben arredato e la gestione degli spazi è ottimale, oltre a garantire ogni comfort. Il proprietario è una persona davvero eccezionale, disponibile, cortese. Se cercate posto a Civitavecchia consiglio vivamente questa casa.

Il responsabile è molto educato e disponibile per qualsiasi problema.l'appartamento è ordinato.Stare lì è rilassante, d'estate ancora di più.Ci ritornerei volentieri per una prossima vacanza.

Fantastic apartment and location. Wonderful music and lights with tons of great dining on the street as the apartment. Location couldn’t be better. Apartment itself is completely renovated and looks very nice and clean. Great A/C and nicest host you could ask for.
