AMAZING showroom. None of the employees are pushy about sales at all but they will show you pieces that work for your style, or that match the other pieces you’ve picked out. I came to Florence determined to buy new gold earrings and dragged my mom along with me after receiving a recommendation to come here from a local. She had not planned on purchasing anything but ended up buying earrings and a necklace and bracelet that match the aesthetic (though made from different jewelers). Shout out to Renata & Rowi for being the absolute best salespersons ever. We love them and this store and could not recommend it enough.

By far the most incredible experience we had in all of our travels in Italy. Francesco, our driver had reccomended us after an amazing wine tour and even brought us upstairs after explaining we had been wanting jewelry but not the typical tourist spots. It's truly a hidden gem in the city center. Rowie, Fadi, Maria, and the team (including the pup) are such a genuine team that truly wants your experience to be perfect. No one was pushy for sales. They listened to exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't about the quantity but rather quality on many levels. I can't find enough words to write how truly amazing this experience was. We even went back the following day to pick up our sized jewelry and bought a few more pieces. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience a memorable one. We look forward to coming back!

While on vacation in Italy we were recommended to shop for jewelry at COI. The staff were patient and extremely helpful. We dealt with Lara who was very nice and knew what merchandise was in stock that we sought. They also were filled out all VAT paperwork for us which we completed at Global Blu window at airport. Oh and did I forget? The prices here are consistently better than the shops on the Ponte Vecchio. Thanks COI.

The best jewellery store in Florence! Everyone in the store was so welcoming and attentive. They listened to exactly what we wanted and there was no pushy up-sell tactics. The products are beautiful and the pricing is fair. Their VAT process as a tourist was seamless and very informative as a first timer using the VAT refund. The end of end process from walking in to walking away was 10 out of 10. Im so happy with the quality of my purchase and will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Such an amazing experience at COI! We were visiting Florence from the US and I wanted a piece of jewelry as a souvenir. COI was recommended to me, and I'm so glad we went. The beautiful store is located on the 2nd floor and you have to get buzzed in. Once we opened the door we were first greeted by Sultan" the friendly store dog. My kids loved playing with him while we looked for Jewelry. Then we were met with the beautiful smiling face of Renata. She immediately made me feel comfortable and started showing us some pieces that I was interested in
