Rude Disrespectful Bad Attitude from Luisa in booking office at Positano Port, when asked to see a photo of boat to look out for, she literally went so angry & wild at me, Why do you need to know what it looks like!!!!? You don't!" There where so many boats there at Port- all I wanted was to get on the right boat.. What a horrible unhelpful nasty young woman...who could ruin the reputation of a business and making a customer feel awful

After 2 companies cancelled on us as short notice. We found Plaghia Charter by walking along the water front. Booked an amazing full day tour, with enthusiastic young guide called Luigi. Trip was perfect, left from Positano with site seeing and time spent at Amalfi. Drinks provided during the trip, perfect number of people, didn't feel crowded at all. Also cost way less than every other company.- wish we'd booked with them in the first place!

We had a fantastic day on our group boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with Luigi. He was kind, knowledgeable and funny, always ensuring that everyone was comfortable and taken care of. We were there in early April so weren’t able to do all the extra activities like swimming or the optional lunch which gave us extra time in Amalfi however if you’re doing the tour in high season there would be plenty of additional activities included with the beaches and lunch, etc. For €80 pp it was a great price too.

Per la nostra gita a Capri abbiamo deciso di affidarci a Plaghia Charter - L'uomo e il mare. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Personale gentilissimo, sia a terra che a bordo. Prenotazione rapida, ricevuto una conferma telefonica il giorno prima, si paga la mattina stessa dell'imbarco. Partiti da Marina di Praia, ci siamo fermati a Positano a imbarcare altri passeggeri e poi abbiamo navigato diretti fino a Capri, dove abbiamo fatto il giro dell'isola, con sosta per nuotare nei pressi dei meravigliosi Faraglioni. La grotta azzurra era chiusa (causa marea), perciò abbiamo proseguito direttamente per Marina Grande. Abbiamo trascorso 4 ore libere sull'isola. Sulla via del ritorno ci siamo fermati per un'altra nuotata nei pressi di Nerano e abbiamo bevuto un aperitivo offerto dallo staff. La gita è durata dalle 9 alle 17:30 circa.La nostra guida, Lina, è stata gentilissima e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Molto premurosa, ci ha dato consigli su come sfruttare al meglio le 4 ore sull'isola. Simpaticissimi anche il comandante e il marinaio. Davvero una giornata perfetta! Esperienza consigliatissima!

There is no better way to see the Amalfi coast then by water! We are so glad we chose Plaghia Charter! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from booking our tour to the young ladies at the charter desk. We especially thought our captain Andrea was amazing! He made our trip perfect! He was so kind to tell us about the coast during our tour. He also helped us decide what to see and how long to stay on Capri during our private full day tour. We even stopped for a swim! Thank you Andrea and Plaghia for helping to make this experience so memorable!
