Absolute thieves. Self service machine accepts cards but pumps are locked. Cancelled transaction but later discovered I had been charged 104 EUR for petrol I never received. Moved to fully serviced lane and charged 46 EUR for fuel. Reported this fraud to my bank and lodging police complaint next week in Napoli. Simply CROOKS!

I gave the worker 50.50 for 25.50 euros charge, he pretended I gave him 10.50. I was confused and thought I had given him the 50. I had no other money in my wallet, so I went to the car and was not sure if he scammed me or not. As I have no evidence I came back with another 50 and paid.Then, I realized I had only 50 euros in cash. I opened the Google reviews and the first review read was enough.I just came very angry and confident to him and he pretended not understand English at all. After several seconds, he gave me my money back.If possible, do not use this fuel station. Otherwise, pay exactly the required amount and pronounce the amount you are giving to him.Scammed? Come confidently. Ask to see the camera records.Bustard.

Pessima esperienza. Ti raccontano che il diesel è finito per farti acquistare il superdiesel ovviamente molto più caro. Ovviamente NON funzionano i pagamenti digitali... una visita della guardia di finanza sarebbe più che opportuna. Per fortuna non vivo a Napoli.

THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS - TOURISTS, DO NOT GO HERE. I stopped here to fill up with gas before returning my rental car. The total was 47E and the ‘attendant’ said I needed ‘to pay inside’. Then inside, he said the internet wasn’t working for credit card payment so I had to pay cash. I handed him a 50E bill and through a sleight of hand he showed me a 10E bill and said that’s why I had given him. I am 100% sure that was not correct but he insisted so I handed over more cash. Now that I read the reviews here, I see that many people have been taken by the exact same trick.

We are not sure if that was a scam-to-happen or just some misunderstanding, but we decided to leave a comment here just in case.So before returning our rental car, we stopped here to fill in till full. At that moment, we were informed that the gas station is out of fuel and that we need to wait 20 min. As we had time, so we did. Later on, the gas station guy said everything was ready, and he pumped fuel. My husband paid ~55eur and we started to drive. But he noticed that fuel arrow shows the same amount as before. We were a little confused, thought maybe that car (as it wasn't ours) is behaving or something. When we came back, that guy looked confused too, and he pumped one more time. This time it was ~it was 59eur and he said it is OK to pay the difference.So as it was a happy ending to us, it felt a little suspicious, so keep your eyes open ;)

I am visiting Napoli from the US. I was unsure how to operate the pumps but one of the employees was very kind and showed me everything I needed to know.
