Bistrot 3 Tavoli
This bistro is a cozy place for dinner, with delicious food and great wine. On the food and atmosphere along it deserves 5 stars, but the service is what really went above and beyond. Marco and Nicola are some of the kindest people I’ve met on my trip. After fainting from heat exhaustion at their bistro, they provided me with ice and everything else I needed to feel better. I never felt embarrassed or like I was causing a problem, they were simply good people and wanted to help. I highly recommend coming here, you will have a wonderful experience.

We visited Bistrot 3 Tavoli for dinner on our last night in Florence. The restaurant is a little out of the main tourist area but is well worth the effort visiting. The restaurant was small, with only around 8-10 tables, so I would highly recommend making a booking in advance.After a warm welcome and taking our seats, we made our choices and looked forward to our food. The first course was a stuffed Tortellini with a cream sauce and truffle. It was absolutely sensational, and one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a very long time.Next up I had ordered the Pork dish, which again was succulent and really well flavoured. We finished on a Tiramisu which again was outstanding. The service was friendly and efficient, and the setting and atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful too.I cannot recommend Bistrot 3 Tavoli enough. For a 3 course meal and wine which was faultless it was less than 45 euros each, which is very reasonable for Florence. As mentioned above, it’s a little out of the way of the main tourist area, but is 100% worth visiting - you won’t regret it!

Ci troviamo poco fuori Firenze Centro, Oltr'Arno, un quartiere piacevolmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dal centro.Esternamente si presenta piccolo e contenuto, ma forse sono proprio queste le caratteristiche che valorizzano questo Bistrot.Location interna accogliente, se pur intima, ben curata.Appena entri l'accoglienza è familiare, cortese, ti mette subito a proprio agio; dato anche lo staff giovane ma ben preparato.Nel menù si posso trovare piatti tipici della cucina toscana (originale), selezioni di taglieri, antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci non eccessivamente lunga e noiosa, bensì soddisfa tutti i gusti e voglie dell'ospite.Abbiamo provato 4 piatti tipici della cucina, e tutti e 4 pienamente hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.Cucina genuina, buona e tradizionale; il cuoco sa decisamente fare il suo mestiere.La lista del vino era sicuramente ampia e ben fornita, tanto da ornare le pareti del locale.Personale di sala molto alla mano, cortese, simpatico.(Vorrei citarlo ma purtroppo non conosco il nome; se può aiutare, ci ha prestato la sua penna)Consigliatissimo se cercate un posto intimo, semplice e buono.Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

This was our first meal in Florence, and we had high expectations. Great reviews on Google, TheFork, and TripAdvisor. The second we arrived at the restaurant, we could tell the ambience was off. The menu was quite limited, which we thought was odd (we thought perhaps this was a restaurant that does a few dishes really well?). Seemed like there was a single person working in the restaurant - waiting tables, cooking and washing, and working really hard. Unfortunately, the whole experience was poor, and the food really suffered. The pasta was very salty and yet lacked flavour and depth. The pork loin was incredibly dry. Hoping this evening was a one-off, as so many others seem to report an entirely different experience from ours!

We got a friendly greeting and lovely service throughout a delicious meal. We very much enjoyed the selection of pecorino; an interesting asparagus dish with fried egg and some truffle flakes; and the chocolate dessert of the day. Very quaint environment.

Location piccola, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, servizio attento e discreto. Piatti buoni: nelle taglietelle che abbiamo preso il tarufo si percepiva poco mentre i tortelli di patate con ragù erano ottimi e molto saporiti come il peposo, veramente buono.Dolci ok. Ampia scelta di vini a disposizione. Prezzo nella media.Bella scoperta. Lo consiglio

We booked dinner here for Valentine's day while on our honeymoon, and we loved it so much we went again on our final day! If I lived in Florence I'd be here constantly. It's very small -- only about 6 or 7 tables, and there's one server and one chef (that we could see). This makes for such a cozy, intimate experience that is exactly what we look for in a restaurant. And the food?? Absolutely incredible. Fresh, comforting Tuscan cuisine that was worth coming back for again and again. The wine list is thorough, and the dessert is also wonderful. This is a perfect spot for date night, a quiet dinner with your partner, and a much needed respite from the bustle of touristy Florence.

This was a great little find for us, my wife and I like quieter back street type of restaurants and this suited us well. Good range of items on the menu. Service was very warm and friendly. Setting was lovely and a good atmosphere. Food was lovely considering the size of the kitchen. Waiter was working very hard but managed to engage all guests. Definitely recommend

Small, possibly even tiny but an excellent find. Whoever knew that asparagus with fried egg on top could possibly be so good (maybe the truffles and a few other bits and pieces helped)We shared a starter plate of mixed meats and cheeses which was more than enough for two.Finally I might add that they have an interesting range of Amaro to try out, we found the slightly green one to be very unique!Highly recommended.
