Als Tourist wird man sehr schlecht behandelt. Es wurde ein Jahr Garantie ausgesprochen, auf Teile die eingesetzt worden sind. Wir sind knapp nach Hause gekommen, da wurde festgestellt, dass es nicht in Ordnung ist. Wir hätten wieder nach Italien fahren müssen, was aber mit dem defekten Wohmo nicht möglich war. Also waren die 5000.- vergebens bezahlt . Ganz schlimm, was da abgelaufen ist.

Excelent Service !!! Nice people !!!After the local FIAT dealer refused to help us after waiting with our kids two days for help, we found C.s. Tucks nearby.Immediatelly the service guys started to look for the problems at our two DUCATO campervans. They offered our kids to stay in the cool office and gave them free WiFi. Without even asking, the guys connected the campervans to the electricity, so the frides were working again.Soon the problems were found. Not to wait till the next day for the needed sparepart, at one a guy was sent to pick up the sparepart somewere. After noon brake, we were back on the road again!!!And all the work and service was done for a fair price.My nomber one recomendation for a workshop!

Diffidate assolutamente di questo centro autorizzato Iveco.Hanno messo 8 ore (48 €/h!!!!!!!!) per sostituzione dischi e pastiglie quando la casa madre Iveco ne indica al massimo 3!!!Oltre al servizio pagato molto al di sopra di quanto previsto (€ 850,00 di fattura) non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna spiegazione in merito per oltre 2 settimane; ci siamo trovati costretti a contattare il centro assistenza clienti Iveco il quale non ha potuto prendere provvedimenti con tale centro a causa della loro giustificazione (assurda) dell'utilizzo di 2 specializzati per 4 ore, di sabato mattina, per poterci consegnare in tempo il mezzo.NON VERO in quanto è stato consegnato il lunedì sera, come concordato.State attenti e chiedete prima il preventivo con il costo orario.APPROFITTATORI!!!!
