Il Convento dei Fiori di Seta

The best hotel in our whole trip to Italy! We have been to Bologna, Naples, Florence, Venice and Rome and this hotel was our favorite, although it was not the most expensive. Excellent repair, silence, convenience and comfort, delicious breakfast in bed, new furniture. Everything was perfect. The location is not quite in the center, but not far away, it was convenient for us.

Ottima posizione ma, attenzione, non si tratta di un 4 stelle! Camere pulite ma manca la reception 24h, non hanno una sala colazione per cui la servono in camera dove però non è possibile sedersi in due. Arredamento al limite della sufficienza per un tre stelle al massimo.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo caratteristico hotel a due passi da piazza Santo Stefano, (indubbiamente la più bella di Bologna)curato nei minimi dettagli, personale super gentile e colazione abbondante e di qualità.Se dovessi ritornare a Bologna la tappa al convento è assicurata!

Regole troppo rigide! Alle 14 entri alle 11:00 devi liberare. Se vuoi rimanere un'ora fino le 12, altri 30 euro...mah! La toilette nella hall va pulita meglio. Il ragazzo che era di turno la sera, disponibilissimo e molto simpatico!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte prendendo una junior suite per circa 100€. Il prezzo è equo per la dimensione della camera, la pulizia e la vicinanza al centro. Apprezzabile la colazione in camera. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato. Nota negativa il parcheggio (ma credo sia comune per hotel in centro a Bologna a questi prezzi): bisogna pagare 12€ per un parcheggio non custodito a 700m che sicuramente frequentato da poco di buono...

Ottima posizione, tranquilla, a 10 Min a piedi dal centro di Bologna. Personale ok, molto gentile la ragazza che ci ha portato la colazione. Per quanto riguarda le camere sono fin troppo riscaldate d'inverno e la TV che doveva avere Sky incluso nel prezzo non funzionava. La spa anche quella doveva essere inclusa nel prezzo ma non era aperta da molto tempo causa covid. Nel prezzo erano inclusi servizi che poi effettivamente non abbiamo ricevuto. Considerando queste mancanze il prezzo che ho pagato è stato eccessivo, va ricalcolato in base a queste cose secondo me. Buona la colazione.

I love this little hotel. Nice room. Big too appreciate the free breakfast for guests. Beautiful place and extremely quiet.

Lovely boutique hotel that is convenient to get to city center (15 mins walk to piazza Maggiore). Grateful for the tiny old school lift to bring my bags to the “first floor” - one floor up. There’s breakfast every morn but we are too full to try. Remember to book your check in time before hand as the doors are locked. Some of the receptionists don’t speak fluent English but you can mostly communicate and get your point across. Love the spacious room. There are schools around so weekdays it is very noisy around 7:30am in the morning. It bothered me but not my husband. The bathroom is wide but has no bathtub. I like the heated towel rod. Nice sink too. Great use of furniture space. A bit dark in the room. Appreciated the plugs and side tables by the bed. I was surprised there is no laundry service though. Cute place overall, but no gym or pool. More like a family bed and breakfast

we had a cellar room without window or fresh air!! in the bathroom the same! Even if we did not book such a room we got it ...+++What a great entrance area and I just love this unique design. We did just a last minute booking - nevertheless the price was great! Also the breakfast is really recommendable (but please make the eggs hot...) - the crossaints, cafe (...) just great! Especially the nice collegues at the reception are so friendly - you really feel welcome. The hotel room is clean and the hotel itself is located really in the center, but just as many minutes away so that it's not that crowded.---But now we really have to say as the hotel was not fully booked the fact that we just got a room without any window and the AC was not working prperly/enough is not acceptable. This room was like a cellar room and not a hotel room! The bathtoom also did not have window or anything. If we knew that we would get such a room we would defenitely not have chosen this hotel!
