I will never ever book there again. Due to the weather situation in Imola, I was asking for a cancellation of the booking. The request was denied without an offer without nothing. Even Grand Prix in imola had enough courage to cancel the event, but here this is sole moneymaking out of nothing. I would give 0 Stars, thanks for nothing.

Stayed there for a business trip and it fulfilled all my expectations. The apartment was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. Also, placed in the nicest part of the city with everything at walking distance. Highly recommend

The GP in Imola was cancelled unfortunately but Francesca assured us Imola and the hotel were not flooded. She was in constant contact with us, very helpful. We are so happy we came. The hotel is beautiful. Right in the heart of Imola. 5 minute walk from the train. 18 minute walk to the track. 2 minute walk to an amazing cappuccino included in the breakfast voucher. The suite is perfectly stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back to stay in Francesca’s beautiful suites.

My husband and I are living for Italy for 5 months and due to unforeseen circumstances were were without a suitable place to stay. We heard about Francesca's beautiful rooms, right in the center of town where we wanted to be. While not easy to accommodate a long stay as a B&B, Francesca was able to work some magic and we are now settled into a beautiful unit and will thoroughly enjoy the remainder of our time here. Please check it out, you will not be disappointed!!
