Bike on Resort

Our experience of this place was very poor. It markets itself as a place where each room/flat has its own bikes. This is not the case. We were told there were no bikes available at all. There are some rusty bikes in the courtyard but the owner says these are broken and not usable. There is no workshop either as claimed. Booking.com also suggests you get breakfast, again you dont.The apartment is basic and the wifi is poor. The place is as far removed from what the website suggests it is as you could imagine.The owner has also fraudulently taken nearly £50 from us as a result of a claim damage was caused to a freezer door. The claim was made over 2 weeks after our stay. We challenged this and the owner has not replied.He failed to address the issues we raised at the time and has failed to address the money dispute. His integrity is questionable and I would suggest there are many better places you could stay in Ravenna.

Chiami per chiedere la disponibilità dei giorni per agosto e ti risponde che devi fare una mail e chiedere i giorni, aggiunge che in tutta europa funziona che i clienti devono chiedere prima i giorni disponibili. Gli fai presente che vuoi sapere se i primi 10 di agosto sei libero e non ti dice nulla. Poi gli chiedi la mail e ti risponde che sul sito del cradl è presente quando non è vero. Ti chiede per due volte il cognome e poi ti mette giù quando gli chiedi il suo di nome, presentarsi non è il suo forte. Educazione? Diffidare... il buongiorno si vede dal mattino. Mah!

La posizione è strategica perché sei in Centro ma non è ZTL ed il parcheggio è a circa 40 metri dagli appartamenti.La pulizia dell 'appartamento è davvero eccezionale.Inoltre il proprietario ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.

Avoid this place. Reception is friendly, facilities far from it. Top off the bill: a high kitchen table with normal chairs, you really have to see it to believe it. We were planning to stay four nights, but ended up paying extra to escape after one. Did not regret that decision.

Although the reception is very friendly, the experience is alltogether crappy: crappy WiFi, crappy bikes, crappy kitchen without any real utensils, no airconditioning, crappy bed, etc. If you can, avoid this place.
