Just perfect. Great people, great room. 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and less than 30 minutes from the Vatican. Groceries are 1,5 minutes away and the best places to eat are about 2 minutes away. 10/10!

Guiseppi runs this little Gem in a stunning part of Rome. A small building of self contained studio type apartments with lots of room for our 2 big cases and other stuff. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Comfortable bed, small bathroom with lovely shower and a kitchenette for making whatever you fancy. Maybe could have done with a knife for cutting though. The room is tastefully decorated in old and new styles. Air conditioning was excellent and needed during the hot July. One of the best things about it is that it was so quiet. Walk 10 metres and your in the middle of the beautiful and gastronomic Trastevere. Thank you Giuseppi

Beautifully situated apartment with 360-degree views of Roma, which you can enjoy from your own hot tub. The master bedroom gets great sunlight while still providing good privacy; the kitchen is simple and small, which is perfect for travelers who have no intention of cooking. Bathroom is well-stocked with every amenity; the layout is unique and convenient (commode is enclosed inside the shower with appropriate drainage and a good seal on the shower door). Minor critique: no hooks/racks for towels, handbags, etc. Major critique: the elevator for rooftop access; a slow and steady up & down, which makes you double and triple check if you've brought everything you need to visit the roof. Aside from that, there's not much else you can ask for: great air conditioning system, a separate living space with a TV for late night relaxation or just a private area for anyone not ready to call it a night. Access to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores is prime with just enough distance to avoid unwanted noise and foot traffic. Really a fantastic find in an endearing, safe neighborhood; our hosts were equally fantastic, very informative, and thorough.

Fantastic location in Trastevere on a surprisingly quiet side street, yet steps away from restaurants, bars and a little shop selling grocery items. We had the room on the top floor (up 53 steps) and it was huge, with lots of storage space and a little kitchenette. We had access to the private rooftop terrace with loungers and a hot tub - simply incredible to have all to yourself in the heart of Rome. Giuseppe is a kind and helpful man, always responsive to questions and requests.

Greatly conditioned rooms, with heating system and private bathroom. In the Trastevere quarter, very near to the center and great for eating or having a drink. The owner of the place was very friendly and let us stay until 17.00 in the afternoon on check-out day.

La camera era ordinata, pulita e luminosa. Giuseppe è disponibile sempre e super gentile, ci ha anche offerto di ospitarci gratuitamente una notte in più in caso di cancellazione del treno (causa neve). Insomma, super consigliato.

A really small room in a wonderful place like Trastevere, you can find a lot of bar and restaurants and the atmosphere in great.Very kind and nice staff.

Excellent place to stay in Trastevere. Walkable to all sights during the day and then close to all the restaurants & nightlife. This Roman neighborhood is full of locals and tourists-so many great places! The building is just steps away from everything, but surprisingly quiet. We felt safe. We didn’t have the penthouse with the jacuzzi but it was still a spacious room with a kitchenette. Definitely recommend.
