The wheelchair that they provided was more than capable of dealing with the often uneven cobbled streets of Rome and we would not have had as complete a trip without it, but just as essential was the guidance we received from the owner of St Peter’s Basilica Wheelchair who kindly offered us advice on travelling in the city, and ultimately led us to an audience with the Pope!

We had an amazing traveling experience with the help of Lauricio's services. He went above and beyond with the delivery of the things you need at a timely manner and making sure you are taken care of with the best quality tour. I have been in many tours all over the world and have to say this was the far best one I have experienced. We had booked the Vatican City tour with them and had the best time ever! We were taken care of every step of the way.Our original tour guide couldn’t make the tour at 10 and so we had Lauricio himself who offered to take us through St Peter’s basilica while he arranged for a new tour guide and he was extremely wonderful not only did he push my grandads wheelchair (as we had two) but he also ensured my grandparents were taken to the very front of every sculpture and mosaic in there.We also absolutely loved our tour guide Paula (guide for Vatican museum and Sistine chapel) who was extremely knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain every little detail to us. Her enthusiasm definitely rubbed onto us.We would highly recommend booking this tour especially if you have somebody in a wheelchair because they understand your every need and ensure satisfaction!! St. Peter’s Basilica Wheelchair is a wonderful company! They made our experience of renting a wheelchair so quick and easy. My dad was thrilled to be able to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican, which he wouldn’t have been able to do without. I highly recommend using this company when visiting Rome!

I needed a wheelchair urgently after I fractured my ankle on holiday in Rome. I found St Peter’s Basilica wheelchairs, sent them a WhatsApp message and they replied immediately to give me a wheelchair for 2 days for €30. This meant we could continue our holiday plans to visit the Vatican and Colosseum. Thank you so much for a great service at a good price, you have literally saved our holiday from being ruined!
