Bric's Malpensa

I bought the very expensive suitcase. Same day it just cracked in the plane. I claimed next day to official Bric’s page with photos attached and with the clear explanation about the situation with the suitcase which I bought a day ago. Nothing was accepted in return of my efforts. Brics just simply replied to me very unfriendly - it’s not a warranty case. Can not help you here nothing. You damaged it yourself or airline I flew with. Please understand: It was a hand/cabin luggage unit and it was always with me so and I even can not realize what should I do just to crash it like this. And I had no even intended to do this for expensive device which I just bought same day. Illogical. It’s so said to hear that company with well known brand behaving too badly against customers. I even offered to Bric’s support team to let me bring them the suitcase it they dint like the photos and dint trust my explanation. I wanted to make them analyze personally to see that cracks are not from me. They simply denied. They just simply let customer alone. I was chatting with them more than a week with proposals to show them that it is a defect of the material or quality but in the end , looks like they just wanted to abuse me, as they offered me 40% off Promo code for next purchase for new suitcase online. Please consider my report and think twice before you buy anything from this company.

I bough a TUMI back pack in the BRICS and Tumi Store, I was in rush because my fly was on time….. I tried really quick the back pack, that’s way I can not pay attention that was heavy for me…. After 5 minutes to carry it , I come back to the store and I explained to the sales person, a blond -short cut hair woman if she can change my back pack for another light….. the new one cost less than the first one. She told me that I have to buy for the same quantity of money…. That I can’t not return …. I never seem something like that, never….
