I do not write reviews often. Most of the staff was polite and helpful, expect one lady who was very rude and yelling at the other staff. Please take pictures of your vehicle that you rent before leaving. I was so excited that I did not and was charged for damages I did not do. I paid only because it was my fault for not taking pictures. Felt scammed but i can see the companies side of things. Still take pictures.

Scam!Do yourself a favor and do not book a room or a car/ scooter with them!They want to charge a deposit but accept only sepcif credit cards. If you don't have the right one they won't check you in and want to keep the money. We had to contact booking to cancel the room and they told us it happens frequently here.

We rented four scooters for what was supposed to be a fun day out, but it quickly turned into a nightmare that none of us will soon forget.Within a mere 15 kilometers of our ride, one of the scooters broke down. As if that weren't bad enough, the way the rental company handled the situation was nothing short of a disaster. We reached out to them for assistance, hoping for some shred of customer service, but instead, we were met with complete indifference and incompetence.Their response? Absolutely nothing! They washed their hands of any responsibility and left us stranded with a broken scooter. Can you believe the audacity? They had the nerve to instruct us to push the scooter all the way back to their location, a grueling 15 kilometers away. It was an absolute nightmare, and their lack of concern for our well-being was appalling.But wait, it gets worse! After our arduous journey back to their premises, exhausted and frustrated, they had the gall to refuse us a refund! Unbelievable! Their unfriendly and unhelpful staff showed no remorse for the inconvenience they caused us. Their customer service skills were nonexistent, and their treatment of paying customers was downright despicable.So there was nothing else for us to do than reporting this to the police. Wich we did.I am absolutely seething with anger over the complete lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by this scooter rental company. They single-handedly ruined what was supposed to be a memorable day with friends. I implore everyone reading this review to steer clear of this establishment. Trust me, you do not want to subject yourself to the absolute chaos and disregard for customer satisfaction that this company embodies.In summary, this scooter rental company is a disgrace. Terrible Experience with Scooter Rental Company!I cannot express my frustration enough with the scooter rental company I had the misfortune of dealing with today. We rented four scooters, but our ordeal began after just 15 kilometers of riding when one of the scooters broke down. The real nightmare, however, started when we contacted the rental company for assistance.To our disbelief, they claimed they couldn't do anything to help us! Can you believe it? We were left stranded with a broken-down scooter, and their response was utterly unacceptable. They had the audacity to tell us that we had to push the scooter all the way back to their location, a whopping 15 kilometers away. Who do they think they are?Upon reaching their premises, expecting at least a partial refund for our terrible experience, they flat out refused to reimburse us! The nerve of these people! Their customer service was beyond appalling. They were incredibly rude and showed no empathy or understanding for the predicament they put us in.I cannot stress enough how angry and disappointed I am with this scooter rental company. Their lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic decency is simply mind-boggling. I strongly urge anyone considering renting a scooter from this establishment to think twice and look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, headache, and money.In conclusion, this scooter rental company deserves every negative review it receives. Dopo averci fatto aspettare 45 min per ritirare lo scooter sono riusciti a chiedere 280€ per un danno alla carena… in attesa di fattura (il meccanico sopra scrivera quello che dicono loro)Truffaldini, poco professionali e non in orario, anzi, in super ritardo!!Attenzione anche all’assicurazione che vi vendono “per stare tranquilli” perche in realta è solo un abbassamento dei massimali (a meno che non distruggiate il veicolo o ve lo rubino è del tutto inutile e costa quanto una giornata di moto)

Truffatori e ritardatariCi hanno fatto aspettare 45 minuti per un motorino pagato allo scattare dell’apertura del negozio e in più hanno insistito per farci fare l’assicurazione per tutelarci, ma nel momento in cui siamo tornati per restituirgliela i danni che abbiamo fatto al motorino causa incidente, ce li hanno fatti pagare tutti spiegandoci che l’assicurazione serviva solo per abbassare i massimali o in caso di furto e incendio.Imbarazzanti e vergognosi!

Biggest scam of Napoli. They know they give a bad functioning scooter. 20km away and the scooter Broke down. After contact of telling what happend and sending our location there was no pick up or help. We pushed the scooter 20km back. When we reached the shop, they are very suspicious about a refund or anything else to compensate.So if you have a lot of money you don't need and want to help the poor, you can Rent a scooter like a donation.
