Appartamenti carini...se ti vengono affittati quelli con il balcone sul mare beatiful.... altrimenti tristissimo...solo uno spicchio di mare tra cemento armato.

Vicinissimo al mare ed al centro, proprietari gentilissimi ed ottima cucina. Appartamenti non grandissimi ma comodi, peccato non ce ne abbiano assegnato uno con vista mare!

Un bel soggiorno in una struttura vicino al mare ed al centro di Marina, confortevole e nonostante vicino al piccolo corso pedonale, silenzioso.Rolando ( il gestore) è una persona divertente e molto alla mano.La Signora Rita (breakfast) dolce, attenta, cordiale e sempre disponibile. HA COCCOLATO MIA FIGLIA.Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, il nostro soggiorno purtroppo è stato per pochi giorni, ma ritorneremo di sicuro.Consigliamo il residence anche come soggiorno in famiglia.Da sistemare alcuni servizi negli appartamenti ( doccia, fohn...) trovati rotti... ma ciò dipende molto dall'educazione civica delle persone.Consiglio!

We booked a suite for 3 nights. Check in was only possible from 5:30 pm. We received information that our room is No. 9 and is located on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, we saw the receptionist enter and return with another guest exchanging his keys. As it turned out, we were given another room (No. 3 on the 1st floor), which smelled terribly of cigarettes, and the guest we saw with the receptionist received our room.The owner Ronaldo along with the receptionist lied to us that we had booked a smoking room which was not true. The service was very unpleasant. We know from the information from Booking that this is not the first situation with this property.The room smelled of cigarettes and even airing out didn't help. Additionally, we could smell marijuana from the next room. It was impossible to sleep in the room after 1 because of the smell and after 2 because of the noises. The rooms are in the well and you can hear every sound. The walls are so thin that you can say cheer to the sneezing neighbor.The equipment is very poor. Not even a bedside lamp. Rooms not restored for years.After the intervention of Booking, we were reimbursed some of the costs (we only stayed 1 night). However, the resort charged a higher amount than the normal estimated for 1 night. We strongly advise against this place !!!

Only the owner's friends probably write positive opinions. This apartment is a massacre. Mess, stench and old stuff. The sea view is probably a joke. View of the concrete well. I absolutely advise against !!!

Pochi metri dalla spiaggia attrezzata e libera e a tutte le comodità. Appartamento curato e pulito. Personale simpatico e professionale.

3 stelle per il posto che è vicinissimp alla spiaggia, il residence è buono con camera non grandissima per 4 persone (siamp stati in residence piu ampi per lo stesso prezzo)

Ampio appartamento, vicino alla spiaggia e in pieno centro di Marina di Grosseto. Colazione ottima, abbondante con prodotti per celiaci. Staff disponibile e attento. Consigliato!
