The rudest treatment I've ever got from a property. We had a flight delay of 1h, which resulted in a delay of the check in accordingly. There was no one to let us in by that time and when I called the office, they were extremely rude, said they waited for an hour for us and hung up the phone in my face! I understand that they needed to know the exact time, but delays happen when people are arriving from other countries (in our case, another continent). They didn't even contact us when we were late, just left the property. The second time I called, they were even ruder, spoke mockingly, and hung up AGAIN. Then, when someone has finally arrived, I asked them if it was an acceptable behavior on their end. He replied that It's not a hotel here

One of our friend and 5 yo child who is living in Bologna came to pick up us to show around city to our place. When Mario who gave us keys see them, he said they cant stay with you you cant ask people to come here and kind of things. He was not let them sit and wait in common area on kitchen chair or outside of aparment some chair to sit and wait. He literally throw them outside of the building! It was so rude behaving. 5 minutes to sit and wait you prohibited!If something happened with the guy who gave your keys about rules he doesnt like, you can face to face very bad and shameful conversation just minutes after he got whole payment, also write here for everyone: It is strictly prohibited that your friend enter whole building (yes even enter from building door) they must wait on the street.Otherwise Mario thinks they will stay with you whatever you explain even camera on everywhere he could check and talk really disturbing.- Air condition doesnt work in room. It was cold.- In kitchen no spoon, knife or fork.- they put in kitchen the worst cappuccino i have tried in Italy.- Apartment so close to main road, difficult to sleep in rush hours.- It was expensive place for Bergamo

Siamo stati in questa casa vacanze per una sola notte nel mese di luglio e l'abbiamo trovata un'ottima soluzione. L'alloggio è vicino alla stazione, ma anche alla fermata dei bus per arrivare velocemente a Bergamo Alta.Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e con un cucinino che permette anche di preparare autonomamente alcuni pasti. E' inoltre abbastanza ampio così da permettere anche a gruppi ampi di pernottare insieme in modo economico.Unica cosa negativa: la presenza di un unico bagno (eravamo in sette).La struttura prevede diversi alloggi in varie parti della città, a seconda delle necessità di localizzazioni.

Ho trovato questo b&b per caso ma è stata una piacevole scoperta. Camere ampie, luminose e moderne, area comune pulita e ben attrezzata. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Bergamo ed è quindi ben collegato con tutta la città.
