⬆️⬆️⬆️HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!⬆️⬆️⬆️If you wanna try one of the most famous and traditional street food in Florence; Schiacciata (Pronounced Skia-Cha-Ta), grab a sandwich here!Wife and husband owned, they will take your order and prepare it carefully!Very reasonably priced (+- 5€ and 0,5€ for each additional ingredient)Delicious schiacciata (Focaccia style bread); crispy to the right point and stuffed with wide selection of cheeses, cured meats or vegetables; So vegetarian/vegan options available!I live in Florence and this is my best stop for a delicious schiacciata!+Tip: The sandwich shop is small, so if you don’t find a spot to seat on the bar, grab your sandwich and go to enjoy it in the near by square!

Best sandwich we tried in Italy! It was a lot better than some of the more famous ones that had a lot to reviews. This was is ran by an Italian couple so the whole place feels very wholesome. You can order off their recommended sandwiches (and add on stuff) or build your own. The bread and all ingredients were top quality.

Outstanding sandwiches. Friendly small family shop. Best porchetta we had in Italy, better than the ones in franscati where we tried several shops. Tried 3 all fantastic. Hidden gem, won’t be for long!

Cannot say enough good things about this place!! The sandwiches were delicious and fresh tasting (perfectly crisp yet chewy bread, flavorful meats and spreads, fresh vegetables). On top of the fantastic quality and taste, you can’t beat the price (5 euros per sandwich!!). The two people helping us there were friendly and kind when we asked for suggestions. The atmosphere is quaint and intimate with only 10 or so seats, which I loved. We tried sandwiches from other places and nothing compared to the sandwich from Officina dei Sapori. I’ll literally be dreaming of this sandwich!

Honestly, the best sandwiches we've had in Florence. It is clear that the owners take care with every sandwich and meticulously and evenly spread the fresh ingrediens on a crispy bread. I strongly recommend this place. 10/10

Schiacciatine da favola e personalizzabili a piacimento. Non ci sono molti posti seduti, quindi è un locale da prendere come riferimento per l'asporto. Il servizio è piuttosto veloce e a mio parere merita e lo consiglio.

Il migliore panino a Firenze!Ingredienti di alta qualita, fatto a ordine en um posto piccolo e carino.La segnora e il signore faccendo il panino sonno veramente molto gentile e anno passione per i prodotti e per il clienti.Due mesi fa abbiamo mangiato un par di panini e fatto allo steso tempo una buona chiacchierata con loro.Torneremo qua nella prossima volta.
