Villa Flory

I rented this villa for a week through Airbnb.This was the worst rental experience on Airbnb. I highly do not recommend this host.Everything about this villa is excellent apart from two things, the unpleasant communication with the villa manager and the extremely dangerous elevator to use. There are no stairs in this villa, you can't go down from the second floor (where the bedrooms are) to the first floor (where the kitchen is) without using an elevator. At night we were locked in an elevator without a phone, spent about an hour in it before it opened. Buttons didn't work, doors didn't open, we were totally locked without any possibility to communicate with somebody. It was scary. The owner of the villa sent a technician to fix the elevator. They didn't fix the problem by saying that it's dangerous to use the elevator together. That is, you can move from the kitchen to the bedroom only with the prospect of being locked in an elevator. The villa manager did not apologize for this incident, did not offer compensation. We decided to leave the villa after 3 days due to the danger of using the elevator and I asked for a refund for not used nights, which again was refused.Terrible attitude of the owner and manager to their customers. If you want to spend a few days in a locked elevator, this villa is for you.

Villa superba incastonata in una cornice unica, camere accoglienti e cucina super fornita persino la spa era panoramica proprietaria gentilissima e molto accomodante appena potremmo ci ritorneremo.

L’unica vacanza dopo 10 giorni dove non volevo tornare a casa. Siamo stati a Villa flory con 3 bambine, bellissimo!! Il mare sotto casa e tutte le comodità in casa. La proprietaria è disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa.
