Bel negozio, borse esteticamente belle. Purtroppo la qualità non è eccelsa

Ho acquistato pochi giorni fa la borsa che desideravo da tanto tempo. Personale gentile e professionale. Sicuramente ci ritornerò per i miei prossimi acquisti.

I bought a pair of shoes and they turn out to be too big so when I went to exchanged them the next day they told me I had to wait for until January because you couldn’t do an exchange in December. I asked for store credit and they were like no that is not possible. When I came back in January they told me the shoes looked worn because they had some dust at the bottoms from when you try them on inside the store. I never experience such a difficult time trying to exchange an item, they should tell costumers things are final sell so we know that it’s impossible to exchange something. Those are not the same politics applied to stores in the US, it is always easy to exchange an item and you don’t have to wait with a lot of excuses

Sono molto contenta del servizio offertomi in questo negozio. Molto professionale la commessa che mi ha servito. Si è dimostrata da subito discreta oltreché gentile. Pur non essendo disponibile ne il numero ne il colore della scarpa di cui avevo bisogno mi ha trovato sul loro sito addirittura l’esatto punto di colore, mi serviva un nude, facendomela arrivare a casa. E la scarpa è risultata perfetta. E inoltre Simona mi ha seguito fino all’ultimo preoccupandosi di chiedermi come fosse andata la consegna dell’articolo e come mi fossi trovata.

Sono andata nel negozio oggi per il cambio di un prodotto.Ho trovato le ragazze gentili,cordiali e con molta esperienza,si sono adoperate subito a risolvere la mia esigenza. Tornerò sicuramente con piacere.Grazie mille Alessia

Non capisco, sembra quasi che non vogliano vendere!!!! Pur avendo gli abiti in negozio propongono di acquistarli su internet e farli arrivare a casa !!!! Commesse gentili ma totalmente incompetenti.
