Prospective customers must be aware of the significant issues that my wife and I have faced during our interactions with this company.Our initial excitement about booking a boat tour during our vacation quickly turned into distress. Two hours after our booking, due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident), we inquired about the refund policy. Shockingly, this led to an unauthorized partial refund, which resulted in a financial loss for us. Let me make it clear that we had no intention of cancelling our tour at that time.What added to our frustration was the subsequent cancellation of the tour due to impending mistral winds. Alarmingly, Love Boat Sardegna accepted our booking, and likely others, with full knowledge that all boat trips would be cancelled due to the predicted weather conditions. If they had acted responsibly and according to their policies, all affected customers should have been entitled to a full refund.The most disconcerting aspect of this entire episode has been Love Boat Sardegna's total dismissal of our efforts to reach out and resolve the issue. Despite numerous attempts to communicate through emails and multiple messages on WhatsApp, we have been entirely disregarded. The company's failure to respond has left us feeling blatantly ignored and taken advantage of.The sequence of events, from Love Boat Sardegna knowingly accepting bookings destined for cancellation, to issuing an unauthorized refund shortly after our booking, followed by a complete lack of responsiveness to our numerous emails and WhatsApp messages, point to a deeply concerning lack of business ethics and customer respect.I urge anyone considering a booking with Love Boat Sardegna to proceed with utmost caution, based on our experience. The company's actions and lack of response should serve as a warning to potential customers.
