Locale trovato per caso online, si è rilevato un ottimo bistrot per un pranzo veloce con piatti molto buoni ad un prezzo ragionevole, pur essendo in pieno centro a Firenze. Le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono state molto cordiali e disponibili!!

We loved everything about this restaurant. The food, cozy ambience, decor, and service were all top notch. The grilled octopus, and the ravioli with pear and bacon were the best meals we've had during our trip to Italy. The flavour profile of the dishes were complex and well balanced. The dishes were also beautifully plated. Their signature cocktail (rosé vermouth, tonic, rose) was sweet, perfectly refreshing, and floral. We ordered the tiramisu and cherry cheesecake for dessert. I am very partial to tiramisu, and can honestly say this was the best tiramisu I have ever tasted. The service was excellent as well, with very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Welcome to the 21st century with modern food, Firenze.This is fine dining Italian cuisine. We loved every bit and bite of the delicious food.From the cute thinly sliced and crispy baguettes that had basil, tomato and olive oil flavours off the richter, to the well balanced and seasoned beef tartare. The cream, when mixed with the Dijon mustard, capers and onion, created a cocktail of flavour with the beef that didn't require an egg to gel in the flavours. A symphony of flavours.The cacio e Pepe ravioli with bacon and pear was a stroke of genius. Quality pecorino was clearly used. Pastry was soft not Al dente.The real star of the show was the perfectly cooked octopus. Not rubbery or chewy. Just well cooked. Tender, easy to cut, and the charcoal burn on the tentacles was balanced against the citrus and sweetness of the orange marmalade. Stroke of genius.The house wine was fine - I'm no connoisseur of wines but it was easy to drink along with the proteins.And as for the desserts. Chocolate mousse with flecks of crisps made for a good textural experience. Not too rich or melted.As for the cheesecake, I would say it was more a deconstructed cheesecake which was certainly interesting in a good way. The sourness of the cherries was a good contrast to the smoothness of the cheese.Couldn't fault any dish. If anything, everything was executed with control and thoughtfulness. This was a delightful dining experience. Thanks for making our trip to Florence a memorable one.

We liked it so much here the first time, so we returned for a second time.The service was welcoming and friendly (which is not always what we found in Florence) and helpful.The wine was delicious (I enjoyed the orange wine!) and the food was fresh and prepared creatively and with care and pride. The chefs obviously care a lot about what they serve to customers.Excellent... and if we return to Florence we will visit BaccoMatto again!

Un locale davvero accogliente, personale gentile e professionale. Cibo squisito e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto buonissimo, con particolare soddisfazione riguardo l’hamburger, davvero da leccarsi i baffi. Stra consigliato!!

A small boutique wine bar that is so chillax where you can chill out and listen to the bustle of conversation inside and on the street. We really enjoyed our 2 visits here, and the wine is delightful, and the food of course is gorgeous Italian.

We had a very nice evening. We started with a reservation that needed some communication in adjacent which worked perfectly.We had a warm welcome by the owner and lovely staff who also took perfectly care about our daughter.Antipasti, Pasta & Secondi tasted very good and were nicely presented. Prosecco and Red Wine, both very tasty.In total, we can absolutely recommend it. Enjoy.

What can I say? I absolutely enjoyed the ambience, service, food (presentation and taste!). What a wonderful find and experience xxThe bruschetta was so fresh, steak tartare was great since I love to mix my own balance of flavours and ravioli was superb. The star of the day was the very well and delicately cooked octopus ❤️ I also really enjoyed both the cheesecake with cherry and chocolate mousse desserts.

vuoi farti coccolare in un ristorante/enoteca dove poter mangiare sia a pranzo che a cena, ma ci sta anche solo un aperitivo con un ottima cantina! Servizio attento ottimi piatti particolari Consiglio di provarlo! vale la pena!
