A true home away from home! I've had the best time at Casa Lawa during my first visit in 2022, which will definitely not be the last time. The unbelievable location, on the Etna and overlooking the ocean, as well as the authentic house and amazing furniture (the beds!) and art inside make it a special destination. As they say, save best for last, because this all wouldn't have been as good without Lukas as your host. He is the best in making you feel home, treating you with delicious food and he gathered a lovely crew of people who help in and around Casa Lawa. From the gardener to his kitchen residents, it's been all beautifully real and inspiring encounters. Go to Casa Lawa if you want to get out, get back to the small things and experience the here and now. Thank you Lukas, until next time!

Lukas & Merijn bring colour, love and generosity to everything they create. Casa Lawa is a magical experience on Mount Etna. The best of both worlds. Be prepared for incredible views of the Mediterranean and an active volcano. Fantastic food, always interesting prepared by a rotating residency of chefs with the highest quality local ingredients. Stylish and comfortable rooms with cocomat beds and big windows, you won’t find anywhere else like this in Sicily. Can’t recommend Casa Lawa enough

If you're looking for a Mediterranean paradise on earth, you've just found it. Beautiful house in a stunning location, food to die for, hiking trails just outside the property, fantastic hosts. Five star experience.
