We sent a group of University students here for a farm to table experience. From meeting the staff, touring the farm, and then getting to enjoy the delicious food after, the students and faculty were blown away at the quality of this experience. It was very well organized, our organizer was kind, flexible and easy to work with. The food was absolutely incredible and the students had a very educational experience as well. Our goal is to make this an annual trip for future students. We strongly recommend this tour!

My wife and I toured for 4 days. Our expectations were surpassed. We visited Bologna, Parma, Modena and Ravenna. Our guides were knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We worked with Riccardo who was superb arranging our tours. Finally, the cost is very reasonable considering the logistics. Highly recommend !

Christina is an welcoming, engaging, and delightful person. These qualities are apparent in the first few moments of meeting her. She invited us into her modern kitchen which was all set up for our cooking lesson. Together we mixed dough and rolled out pasta, made a bolognese ragu, a pork dish with balsamic, onions with balsamic and tiramisu. Christina is an excellent teacher and answered all our questions about the process. We then ate outside under a large umbrella in a delightful garden.We learned a lot about cooking, Italian style, and ate a delicious and relaxing lunch in a beautiful garden. Christina is a delightful, engaging and knowledgeable teacher.What a great day!

We choosed this operator for one day in Emilia Romagna. Seeing Parmesanfactory, Parma , Balsamico de Modena and tasting of wine. 11 flexible hour on the road. made possible by this magnificant touroperator, Very nice and skilled guide.
