Supermarket souvenir

I had a terrible experience at this souvenir shop. I purchased an umbrella on a rainy day, but it turned out to be defective and was flooding with water. When I brought it back to the shop, the worker not only failed to offer a solution, but also refused to exchange it for a different one. This lack of customer service was unacceptable and made me feel like I had wasted my money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop and spend their money elsewhere.
