Acquistato radiatori Prisma da un rivenditore, avevo chiamato l'azienda per informazioni varie, gentili e competenti. La consegna è avvenuta qualche giorno prima del previsto. Sono rimasta stupita per quanto scaldano. Da consigliare assolutamente.

My worst experience with an Italian company ever. I work with Italian companies for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. But with Inicon I had a very serious problem. They delivered radiators and 3 of them had damaged gaskets. So a leaking radiator damaged an expensive carpet. Inicon did not assume any responsibility. They wanted me to send the radiators back to Italia for examination. But I could not leave my client without heating during the last winter. I changed the gaskets, I had to pay a new carpet and Inicon did not even assume a part of it although they must know that brand new radiators of a luxury brand never should have damaged or bad quality gaskets. Obviously I will never ever work with this company again.
