È esattamente quello che potresti definire il servizio meno professionale del sud tirol. Per un noleggio giornaliero dello slittino (monoposto) chiedono 8 euro tariffa adulti. Siccome abbiamo chiesto il noleggio alle ore 16:30 (orario ultima risalita), abbiamo chiesto al commesso se si poteva fare uno sconto, sapendo che la risalita e discesa sarebbe stata solo una (1) e che di lì a poco avremmo restituito ben 6! slittini. Risposa del commesso è stata, pari pari: siete i soliti Italiani che volete rubare"

One of the most customer-friendly ski shops I have ever come across. Its staff is pro-active, helpful, and really gives every customer the attention and time that one would love to receive everywhere and makes you feel like you are being served by friends (but which is becoming more and more rare these days). Go and experience it yourself!
