Amazing service, convenient laundry store. As the other reviews have mentioned, there’s a machine that will exchange €5/€10 notes for coins which are needed to operate the machines. You can opt for their wash dry and fold service. The lady doesn’t speak English but Google translate will help. Really recommended if you are in Taormina!

Convenient self-serve laundry w four 8kg washing machines, 4€ per 30m cycle, and two 16Kg for 6€. One of the machines will also do a spin-only cycle for 1€.Dryers are 1€ per 10 minutes. All machines only take 1€ coins, but there is a change machine that will convert 5 and 10€ bills, and a friendly attendant for assistance. There is also a machine that dispenses laundry soap, softener, and laundry bags. While your laundry is washing you can sit outside in one of the chairs and people-watch, read, or walk around the corner to the cafe for an espresso.You can also drop off a bag of laundry for ~12€ and they will wash/dry/fold for pickup same day (2-4hrs if you come early in the day).

Machines take 8kg laundry, costs 4€ and takes 30 mins. Dryers are 1€ per 10 mins. We recommend taking a handful of 1€ coins with you. Beware, the change machine only took 5€ notes and sadly gave us €5 worth of 50 cent coins even though machines only take €1 coins.

Found myself in a jam and needed a coin laundry. Small location but straight forward and exactly what I needed. Washer/ dryer cost were on point with what I expected per load. I bought packets of laundry soap there as well

staff very helpful using the machines with someone fluent in English when we were there. The change machine only takes 5 and 10 euro bills; no cards. there is a small shop down the hill and to the left. we bought drinks and snacks and sat outside the laundromat to wait. it's small inside. we used 2 washers and 2 dryers. 4euro for an 8kg washer and 6euro for the large 16kg washer. 1euro for 10 minutes of dryer. vending machine for detergent. no room to fold inside so we folded into our suitcases outside. spent much of the afternoon including walk from our hotel but saved a lot vs hotel laundry service.Update: We walked from our hotel (Hotel Splendid) near Centro, but the road is somewhat busy and we had to walk around parked cars dragging our suitcases. In hind sight, we should have just taken a taxi. But the weather was nice.

There is a woman who works at the laundromat who will wash + dry + fold + bag your clothes and she’s wonderful: Rosie! I had two loads (whites and colors) and it cost €33 for the service + €2 tip for Rosie and worth every penny to have clean clothes without wasting a day doing laundry. I dropped off at 11am and my clothes were ready by 6pm on a Monday. *Rosie doesn’t really speak English, so have your Google Translate app ready; we were able to communicate fine though.The facility is clean, but very small with only three or four washers and two or three dryers.If you’re walking from the town center, it’s located at the top of a semi-steep hill, so be ready (we took a taxi to get there).
